This place needs help. No broccoli for the entrees. Could not order the tacos because they ran out of coleslaw. This location right next to a Walmart. Go shopping! You are in the food business and constantly run out food. Liv the waitress mixed up our cards so the checks were wrong. Details matter. Food was actually pretty good though. Management and service need help!

The food was great! But the best part was our server her name was Sarah Lil pregnant and happy as could be she made sure everything was perfect from the time we walked in to the time we left, we told her this was the best service we’ve had anywhere lately and with the calmest reply she simple says “I love my job” with how crazy things are now days it was truly amazing to here her say that, and this girl deserves a raise not only was she pregnant and you know on her feet her whole shift she was so positive about everything we need more Sarah’s in this world! Thanks again Sarah!

Wow. The worst service I have ever received from Applebee’s! First our food come out at the same time as our app. And in the pic below is what came out. Would you eat the potatoes? I would not! And the green beans where grainy and had a bad after taste. We tried to tell the manager and she told us that the potatoes are always served like that and that is it perfect. Then just left. This was extremely upsetting. I have been to this same Applebee’s at least onec in the past 5 months and the potatoes never look like that and the service has never bee this bad. I don’t know what happened. I will not be going to an Applebee’s for a long time

We eat out often – multiple times per week and this restaurant had the absolute worst service I have received in years.
When we walked in and told hostess that we had group of 6 we were sat at a table for 4 and given silverware and menus for 4.
We were not a loud or rowdy group, but made to feel like every request was more than they could handle.
Once meal orders were placed, waitresses came back twice and told two people in our group of six that what they ordered was unavailable.
One of our group had inedible entree. An appetizer sampler had almost half of food that was inedible.
We heard a table near us asking if their food could go back to be cooked longer as their chicken was not cooked all the way through.
When I was time to pay, the waitress expected us to hand over credit cards to pay without seeing the tickets/bills. She was frustrated and had an attitude when we requested copies of the tickets to see the totals before paying.
We will NOT be returning to this Applebees!

Parker was a very diligent waiter and took good care of me. I ordered the bourbon chicken and it was so tender and juicy I was overwhelmed. I had a bad experience with Applebee’s years ago and have never been back but I’m happy that I gave it another chance because this meal was delicious. My only regret is that it was so much food it was difficult to eat at all. What I don’t show in the picture is the chicken was topped with Cajun grilled shrimp but I was so hungry I ate it faster than I remember to take a photo. Sorry about that kids

I had the quesadilla salad It was delicious the staff were really friendly they were very busy but they took great care of us, Mindy and Dani worked so hard, met the GM Miki very nice person, she worked hard too, great team work!
