Pretty fast drive thru. Went into the drive thru for drinks at 2 pm (got a Dr Pepper from there). The male employee working the drive thru was very nice, speedy and fast. Our drinks were made correctly. We were on our way home from Downtown Detroit to Macomb Township and my sister insisted on stopping at this location for drinks

Was less than 1 minute away from McDonald’s. According to Google they are open to 11. I give them a call and ask what time they close they say 5 minutes which would be 10. I’m like okay great wanna throw me in a cookie tote I’m literally less than a minute away. The person who answered the phone didn’t see the problem and asked someone and was told no even though it still wasn’t 10. This McDonald’s is always terrible if it wasn’t so close I wouldn’t use it. It’s overall terrible. And 85% of the employees are rude.

Really agitated. I’ve been to this location three times and every single time my order ends up lost or I’m given the wrong thing. The employees don’t know how to make the orders properly, they clear orders then lie and say they never got them. I don’t get my digital monopoly awards because they are constantly deleting orders.
I ordered a macchiato and all it was, was an iced regular coffee with old foam and caramel syrup on it. That is a frappe, not a macchiato.
Took an HOUR for them to believe that I ordered food, claimed they never got the order even though I had a receipt. Cheated me out of my monopoly pieces (I saw the cups and they still poured my drink in a completely different cup) which leads me to believe they are keeping them for themselves.
This is a corporate location. I expect BETTER from them. I already don’t like
McDonald’s and this restaurant makes sure I continue to savor that feeling.

Worst experience, cold coffee and old coffee. Went back around drive thru and they put my cup under and let fresh coffee go in my cup. It was so strong I couldn’t drink it. Won’t go back for sure. Girl couldn’t even count change.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and got old and wrong food. Went inside to rectify the situation. The manager threw the wrong food away which is expected. But never called for the new food. So I asked someone else who than called for the food. So I asked the next question. If they were hiring cause they clearly needed some help. And the manager went silent. Like do you want some help or continue to give unsatisfactory service. Must be the second option.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered here. I used the app. Gave my code at the speaker, and they confirmed. I got the receipt at the window. At the pickup window, they give me my iced tea. They claimed that my two iced teas didn’t have a monopoly game piece “because they were out”. BS, they probably keep them for themselves.

I normally go to this location every morning, and I have dwindled away from it. We are in Monopoly game season right now and they are not handing out the pieces. I always order pretty much the same thing and in the beginning each thing I ordered was getting a piece on it and now I ordered my meal today and didn’t receive not one monopoly piece. I ordered a large drink, a hash brown, and English muffin sandwich and nothing very disappointed.

Food tasted like standard McDonald’s but cleanliness is lacking. I am here at 10am in the morning for breakfast but the trash is full from yesterday’s trash. Also the ladies working are too busy talking than serving.
