Delicious! Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breaded Wings and fries were tasty. The Cheesesteak, Club sub and Italian sub were so good, and their bread is so soft and fresh. That was the best Italian sub I ever tasted. The meats were not overpowering and overly spiced like some Italian subs can be. It was simply Perfect. My husband couldn’t stop talking about the Philly as well. I see why locals recommend there so much.

We came here after a hike and it was awesome! Service was great and fast, and the food was so hot and fresh and delicious! We had a Reuben with a side of chicken dumplings, a Philly with green beans and mac and cheese, and a fried chicken sandwich with coleslaw and mac and cheese. All of it was delicious!!

The food here is consistently well prepared and very good. The restaurant combines J.O.E. and Pop’s Sub Shoppe (various subs and sandwiches—the Reuben is phenomenal!) with Mama’s Chicken Kitchen (the chicken & dumplings and mashed potatoes—taste like homemade!) so with a wide variety, it’s easy to find something to please everyone.
The service is friendly and efficient, although during high traffic times can be a bit lacking and slow due to understaffing during those times. Our last visit, during the second week of October about an hour or so after lunchtime, was extremely busy and we waited 45 minutes for a to-go order for two. It was the first time we were ever missing an item from our order, but due to the overwhelming number of guests to staff ratio, I excused it for this rating and review because I’ve never seen it so busy and have never had it happen before. Though the wait was long and we were missing an item, our meal was still very fresh and delicious.

This could be my new go-to place when I am in Gatlinburg. While prices were a little outside my comfort zone for lunch, the portion size and quality made up for it. Bread was INCREDIBLY fresh. I ordered the Italian sub and I was not disappointed. Employees were nice and the place was spotless. Can’t wait to go back and try a few other sandwiches. Highly recommended.

We had the onion straws as an appetizer and they came out quickly, fried well and hot. Pretty peppy remoulade sauce included.
Hot dog was decent size, topped well with choices made. Philly cheesesteak with onions on a nice roll was very tasty. Couple of sides sampled were equally good (green beans, slaw).
Will definitely try again next visit to Gatlinburg area.

I’m from Atlanta and stumbled upon here. I was hoping for a good easy meal and found one of the best meals I’ve ever had for a reasonable price. Got the 3 piece chicken with dumplings and Mac. Comes with a biscuit and jelly. Immediately wrote this review after eating. The Mac could be hotter other than that 10/10 sincerely will be back.

Simple dining, has a screened outdoor patio. The fried chicken is spot on! We ordered subs the next day— so so delish! Highly recommend for a visit. Prices were fair for the portions! Ps. Their homemade jam is off the chain!
