Generally I enjoy this place but today I came and ordered food. I wanted the carnitas burrito. When I got my food and bit into it , I noticed it was carne asada. So I took it back and told them I asked for carnitas. The man said he gave me carnitas and asada burrito, so (2) burritos but told him no I didn’t I purchased only 1 and only wanted 1. They didn’t believe me and said he knew he put two burritos in there. I told him to search my car if they have to. Which he didn’t. They asked for my receipt that showed only 1 burrito. Anyways when I received my burrito there was hardly any meat and it was mostly fat. They stared at me multiple times. older man and older woman. It was really strange. They obviously thought I was lying and I got treated a certain way after the fact and made a crappy burrito. It was so petty of them. If I wanted to lie, you think I’d tell them I didn’t receive one and I’d end up with 3 in that case. Anyways low score. I’m going to a different location next time. They were weird and not intelligent people.

There is a lady, that works behind the counter, that likes to yell at people through the intercom. Yes, my voice can be loud, but it’s just how I speak. She was judging me because of it. I told her that she needs to be more respectful and considerate of the costumers. We all come in different sizes, colors, and voice volume. I did apologize for my loud voice, but she still continued yelling at me to stop talking! Bad customer service.

Folks that checked me in at hotel down the street turned me on to this place when I inquired about a taqueria nearby. So glad I took their advice. Restaurant just has a window or drive thru, but worth every penny. Got super nacho and chili rellano Al a carte. So delicious. Gave me plenty of salsa both red and green. Highly recommend.

Talking about the customers while they wait in line. The window is not sound proof I’m pretty exhausted of the rudeness from the young girls. This is not the first time they messed up our order. The men seem to be attentive than the young girls they also seem to be in a rush and speak over you while ordering . I’ve been coming here for years and the service at arsenio’s is just not what it used to be. The young girls need to take a few etiquette classes from the Tia.

if your looking for a run down shack with terrible service and food this is the place for you! the customer service was terrible they talk down to you and mock you in Spanish. they forgot a meal i had ordered and then refused to give me it when confronted saying i got what i ordered. so i shared my meal with my kids and the food was burnt. rice over cooked. asada burnt. beans were like water. definitely will be alerting friends and locals about this terrible shack and never coming here again.

I got the shrimp fajitas with beans and rice and the beans and rice were good along with the tortillas until I took a bit into the shrimp and they all had the digestive tract and it made the shrimp taste so gross very disappointed

Was visiting and Arsenio’s was recommended to me. I liked it to much for dinner the first night that I went back and had it for lunch 2 days later. The rolled tacos were my favorite – generously topped with cheese and guac (had them both visits), but the California burrito was huge and delicious too.

The Food was good and warm. I would have given them a 5star but my burrito didn’t have a lot of meat. Had plenty of beans and rice but felt short on the meat.
