Waited on my food for a good minute just for it to be wrong. The bathroom was horrible. Just horrible. Sinks clogged, no toilet paper. The white woman at the front counter handed a man some napkins to wipe his butt with. I thought about calling the health inspector on this. This is just horrible. But the lunch hour staff is great!

Ordered on the app drive to curb side luck up and waited for 25 minutes. Since I have a cast couldn’t get out. When fiid arrived I left. Opened bag and got the worst quarter pound burger I have ever had . Meat so thin it hung outside the bun. I was across town and didn’t turn back around. Look at the picture below.

Waited 15 minutes for a mobile order inside. I went to the counter to ask about the order. The clerk grabbed a bag from the back and gave it to me. They never called the order or name. How long did it sit before I asked about it. McGriddles were burnt. Others inside were waiting along with us. They seemed to be running on a snails pace. No sense of urgency for any order. They need customer service training. Inside was in need of repair. Light fixture hanging out of place, tiles missing from baseboard, tables needed to be wiped and floor swept.

I ordered a ice tea and my ice was melted and the tea was watered after I just got it. They had my order on the receipt but gave me someone else food. I ordered a quarter pounder meal and they gave me a Big Mac and fries and four piece nuggets. The nuggets were in the box in the first picture. Worst service and terrible workers
