The service here is genuinely awful. I am a manager at a fast food restaurant and i know how a rush can be. But how is a manager going to hand out the order WRONG and then try to argue about a DRINK. “do you want me to print the receipt” in the rudest most condescending tone. Ma’am you have a line and can’t get orders out correctly the last thing you need to argue about is the difference in cup sizes. and when we just said okay it fine and she was STILL trying argue about it do better

Wendy’s has the freestyle drink machine. I have to drink zero sugar beverages as a type 1 diabetic and the choices are endless. My favorite is a zero sugar strawberry Fanta. I can not find anywhere that will even ship this drink. I am not sure if it is a regional thing? I am in the Deep South, so the sweet tea and Mountain Dew are plentiful, but not a viable option for me. Wendy’s is always quick, I don’t think I have ever received a wrong order and the staff has always been friendly. The worst issue I have experienced is being served fries that were not fresh. All in all, 9 out of 10.

I recently unfortunately stopped again, and this time, it’s even worse. They put very old chicken on my salad. I ordered extra piece of chicken, and it looks like they had it sitting under the lamp all day. This chicken is tougher than leather. And it’s almost brown. When I called the back, they didn’t seem to care that much. I think I’ll call the health department instead. No restaurant should be serving food that was made many hours ago. They constantly serve expired food. Very disappointed
I mean just look at this nasty wilted rotten lettuce in my salad. The bacon was burnt and I got the wrong dressing. I paid money for expired food. Very disappointing, do better Wendy’s.

This is a pretty good Wendy’s every now and then and a terrible one most other times. Consistently gives cold frys, old meat for the burgers that should be set aside for their chili, and inaccurate orders handed out. If you go inside they are very nice and friendly, especially the older lady working in the afternoon; which is the only saving grace for the service here. Outside has foul smell and flys buzzing around the side of the building where you pay and pick up your food causing them to enter your car when you do either action. A rather disappointing experience overall. Should be able to rate 1/2 stars because this place is a 2.5 not a 3 star place, but a two would be too low of a rating because the inside service is good more often than not.

Really good for a Wendy’s. The food was fresh, the staff was friendly, and the inside of the restaurant is extremely nice. New furniture and wall coverings, and a sitting area with a faux fireplace really make you feel like you’re not in just a fast food restaurant.

The Wendy’s here seems literally incapable of getting you the correct number of food that you ordered, and when you want the correct number the worker argues back with you about it. Like dude, I just want my food that I paid for. This has happened repeatedly and in succession. Also the food is usually cold.
Just go to anywhere else but here.

The older lady who’s name starts with a L(Edit: I came in again today, her name is Loraine), that was working front counter 4-21-25 is so so so sweet and hospitable! Y’all really should give her some recognition! I don’t eat fast food that often, however I have made a couple trips to this Wendy’s just to interact with her, because she is so kind and pleasant! Keep up the good work Wendy’s!

Got 2 large drinks no ice, the manager lady with grey hair clearly annoyed we got no ice, we was the only car and we ONLY got drinks, poured the drinks out about a 8th off the top and then slammed them in the drink carrier like she was showing it off. Anger management well needed for her.

I just had to try the new Triple Nacho Cheeseburger from Wendy’s today. In my opinion, it was pretty good! I’ll have to go back and get another one. Just not today lol. Baxter, Tennessee doesn’t have a Wendy’s and I’d have to drive all the way to Cookeville just to get it. I’ll definitely purchase that one more often, depending if it’s here to stay on the menu or not, or if it’s just a limited time thing. Other than that, I was in and out of the drive thru within 2-3 minutes. Ordered my food, paid at the first window and by the time I got to the second window, my food was already sitting at the window ready to be handed to me.

The staff here is really friendly and I love interacting with them, but the food isn’t the best most of the time. Some days I get lucky and get some really nice food here, but most days it’s sloppily made or stale. I do love Wendy’s but this spot has been not the best with the food, but also not the absolute worse.
