I only make it to Jimmy’s every once in awhile but it’s always a nice visit. The food is good and I leave satisfied. The spicy basic bloody is very good as are their poached eggs . I had a chat with Costa (sp?) On my last visit, what a very nice man. Service was very good and the restaurant was clean.

Decent customer service could be better. The restaurant was clean and a lot of parking but they could have better customer service thats for sure. The shorter lady with a lot of tattoos was awesome very friendly and outgoing. The only one that asked if i was being helped.

First, I’d like to say that my experience here was terrific. Our food was great and the Bloody Mary’s were Amazing! We sat outside in a covered seating area and was very comfortable. The staff was great, our service was wonderful. I really liked that the owner was there and inquired about our visit. I had leftovers the next day and they were still great. Pricing was reasonable too. I really enjoyed my experience here. We had such a bad experience at Johnny Manhattan’s; it was nice to follow that with a good one. Thank you!!!

I’m a repeat patron of this restaurant and it’s frequently the place of choice when meeting with my kids to catch up. The service and food have always been very good. With today’s visit, however, my skillet dish was a bit undercooked with hash browns that were browned and crispy on the outside, but cool and quite solid on the inside. The owner regularly visits the tables and when he checked on ours, I did tell him that my skillet was a bit under par. He immediately took the price of my meal off our bill and offered me another food item at no cost. His response and the courtesy of our waitress, and the shy so but polite young man who was repeatedly eager to fill our coffee and take away our used plates made our experience very satisfying, despite the mistake made this one time, out of all the years we have been coming here. Highly recommend Jimmy’s for a comfortable relaxed family meal with the best homemade food in the area.

Easy entrance to Jimmy’s for any level of disability. Jimmy’s never disappoints. The service and food is always outstanding and today was no different. I brought in a group of 19 for lunch and it went off without a single hitch. Our server was attentive and very pleasant. Our drinks were refilled quickly, usually without asking. A very pleasant dining experience for the group!

I had an amazing experience at Jimmy’s. Food was fresh and amazing. Customer service was great. As soon as me and my husband walked in, we were greeted with smiles and good energy. Costa was amazing with drink references. I told him I needed something with some umph and he made sure I got just that. Bridgette was so bubbly and amazing making my drinks. They gave us great conversation while we waited on our food. I appreciate the great customer service and warm welcome. We’ll def be back to try the Friday Fish Fry.

The food is fantastic! Many unique menu items, as well as great classics. We pass through Jackson on our way up north about 4-6 times a year and finally stopped at Jimmy’s last month. I highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger salad (I know, but trust me!), my husband really liked The Greek specialty sandwich, and my son enjoyed breakfast for dinner. We all agreed that we should stop at Jimmy’s EVERY time we pass through Jackson, WI. You should too!
