Update: Sunday night they forgot half our food or didn’t give us the right bag. Poor order accuracy on this last visit.
Fast friendly service and great order accuracy. Heather was polite and professional. Whopper bun was a little hard or old but everything else was great. OCS was hot and fresh. Fries were perfect.

Went around 12:34 on a Sunday pulled to the drive way the employee greeted us super cool guy. ordered with coupons super easy, food was good. For being so late got 3 whopper they were good and also got 3 cheeseburgers also kinda fire got 3 fries kinda nice miss the fry sauce. Me and my bro finished he rated it 3/5 and i rated 4/5 overall good experience, good food, would come again around 1:15. 6/7

I never really go to Burger King because the app never gives us rewards without purchasing something first (one thing I really love about McDonald’s) I ask the manager how do I work the app and her answer is “idk” I should’ve known that was already a red flag! Anyways I go about ordering asking for a whopper jr and the manager/cashier put down the big whopper sandwich without me noticing. After I had sat down and paid attention to my receipt I went up to explain to her that I had ordered a whopper jr and not the big sandwich, she was arguing with me and I told her I know what I said she’s like and I know what I heard. As a paying customer I should’ve gotten what I wanted and gotten a refund but instead I was so upset that I was forced to pay for something I never ordered to begin with. I will never eat there again and will not ever refer anyone to that shitty place in my life! BK do better and hire better people for your franchise!

I drove all the way from the Magna burger king to come here because they were out of the spongebob freezes and tots and my little brother really wanted to try it. I come here to get them and I’m very excited to see they still have them. I order them and go to the window and ask if I can add additional stuff to the order, the guy tells me “No, we have a line.” I was like ok that’s whatever kinda rude but whatever. And then he proceeds to tell me the machine is broken for the frozen drinks and I have to wait 30 minutes for the machine to be back up. He then takes the cash I gave him and starts counting it as if he’s gonna pay for what I ordered but I didn’t even get anything so I asked for my cash back and he goes “Oh” and gives it back. Also very rude. So here I am waiting for 30 minutes in the parking lot just to come back to get what I’m actually trying to get. Extremely rude service it’s actually insane. The employees don’t care about anything and are extremely incompetent and rude. Can’t say much for the food because I haven’t even gotten it yet and am waiting for 30 minutes in the parking lot. Who knows if it will still be the same case when I try to order again.

Horrible customer service pulled up to the drive through. They did not notify me that nobody was answering that. Drive through sat there for 2 minutes. While 2 other cars went by jumped into their second drive through lane. And still nobody answered 2 other cars went through the other drive through. So I sat here for a total of 5 minutes, and 4 cars got to get ahead of me. They need to work on their customer skills. I would highly recommend going into the store.You could just be sitting trying to order 5 minutes

Worst Burger King ever, waited at the counter 10 minutes before being acknowledged. After ordering we saw a sign that said free mini cone with every purchase so we asked for one once we got our order. The cashier said we needed to get a combo meal but she could maybe give us one cone. My two daughters each wanted a cone and yes I could have purchased two full size cones and waited another 30 minutes just to get service. We walked out and will not be going back, go to a different Burger King if you want good customer service!

This location is trash. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I honestly don’t know why these people work here they have the worst attitude ever. They argued with me about the order that I had a receipt for, ridiculous. Who ever owns this location should be ashamed. I enjoy burger king but after this experience, I will never return to this one, and I will use my platform to make sure no one comes back to this location again. And The Manager Sandra was no help whatsoever, clueless to say the least.

The customer service was awful I ordered chicken nuggets and my child did too and fries and we did not get any sauces so we just went up to ask for some and we were waiting there for a while they looked at us and just ignored us and then after a while they asked what we needed and I asked for some sauces and they gave me some I asked if I could get one more and they said they couldn’t give me more after they gave me two. They were very rude an unprofessional and so stingy about the sauces. Made the experience very uncomfortable wouldn’t recommend.

I came to the drive through window to use an offer on the app.So the very first thing I stated was I have an offer on the app i got a really rude response back saying “I don’t know what that means”.So I told her, well on the app.There’s an option for offers, and I have one.She goes “well you’re supposed to say you have a code” nowhere on the app does it say that I’m supposed to yell out I have a code? so I give her the code.Then she tells me in a really rude voice “I can’t give add another code now” I told her, well, I don’t want to? I just want the free fries for the code that I gave you I got a message saying, I’m all set on my app. She said, well,” I didn’t get nothing over here” in a really rude tone at that point.I said , forget it and turned around.

Honestly, I give full stars and I’ll explain.
Atmosphere; well, because when I stepped in I felt welcomed. Very warming, I mean obviously the AC is on but just felt invited.
Service; Well, I was taken good care of. Honestly felt like a king, served at its finest. They live up to their name. We are their Royale guest. Sensational!
Food; Gosh, it was tasty. (I got their wraps) I mean, was well folded which was kinda cool if I’m being honest. I got the classic. The sauce has a good sauce to it. Put it this way it was so tasty I can’t even put it in words.
