My kid is an eating machine and will vacuum almost anything, but he said no to these kids’ meatballs – disgusting balls of flour and mystery brown. Boston Pizza this disgusting item has to come off the menu.

Five, we would.
We booked a reservation a week before for an event that has been a regular event for years!
Service was awful, management was the big problem.
Multiple times we weren’t asked for drinks, ordered my son’s dinner before any drinks were input, and we were served COLD WINGS, no problem we get it it was a large table. My son’s dinner wasn’t delivered after all the other kids meals were all served. An hour and half after originally ordered!
In the past, sure we walked in with a table of over 20 and when overwhelmed in that setting for service. No problem, understandable.
But when we prebooked a table, management understaffed. Disgusting
May as well be a self serve bar, not to mention the second batch of wings were COLD to the bone.
I don’t know if this is a new ownership, but don’t go here. It’s awful and there was no accountability.
Also the draft beer lines need to be CLEANED once in a while.
We spend good hard earned money at several locations around town are are more than happy to TIP when applicable.
By far the worst service we’ve ever experienced.

Came here last weekend with a group of 7 adults + 4 kids (ages 4–10) and overall had a really solid experience — definitely one of the better family nights out in Bradford.
The good:
• Staff were super patient and accommodating with a big noisy group. Our server (I think her name was Sarah) handled separate bills, kids’ orders, and refills like a pro.
• Kids menu is actually decent — the mini pizzas and chicken fingers disappeared in seconds, and they have those little activity packs that kept the little ones busy.
• Food came out fast and hot even though the place was packed. Loved the Boston Brute pizza and the wings (half Thai, half honey garlic — perfect combo).
• Plenty of space, booths are big enough for larger groups, and the patio would be awesome in summer.
The only tiny downside (why not full 5 stars):
A couple of the pastas were just okay — nothing bad, but not as memorable as the pizzas and appetizers. Also, it did get pretty loud inside (Saturday night + hockey on the TVs), but with kids that’s kind of expected.
Would 100% come back for family dinners or watching the game. For a chain restaurant in Bradford, Boston Pizza is honestly one of the most reliable spots when you’re rolling deep with kids. Highly recommend!

The Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Thai Bites, and Garlic Parmesan Fries were all quite good, though the pizza felt a bit too buttery or oily for my taste.
Despite this, the overall quality of the food was satisfactory. The standout aspect of the visit was the exceptional customer service.
The staff were attentive and friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. I would definitely return.

I won’t be returning to this restaurant. The food was below average, and the service was extremely lacking. Despite the restaurant being fairly empty, it took about 45 minutes to receive our bill. During that time, we asked four different staff members, yet nothing was done until we stood up and put our jackets on.
When the bill finally arrived, it didn’t even reflect what we had actually ordered. The manager showed little concern for either the staff or our experience and failed to inform us about extra charges, even for something as basic as sour cream. The portion of sour cream served with a full order of nachos made no sense, much like the overall dining experience.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Boston Pizza, Bradford, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and went above and beyond to make the day special. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the ambiance was perfect for a celebration. They even helped make my daughter feel extra special with a little birthday surprise. Everything was seamless, and we left with big smiles and full hearts. Highly recommend Boston Pizza, Bradford location for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience! This restaurant needs to stopp! I’ve been a few times so far and each time the experience just leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth quite literally. I ordered 2 small pizzas, pepperoni and the meat lovers (mind you about 4 slices) and they took about an hour. The pepperoni was okay just a standard pizza,but the meatlovers looked nothing like the photo and like they had slapped lunchables ham on top which was about 95% of it. Definitely wasn’t a favourite . Recently I’ve been with a friend and oh my goodness never again, I got the spinach artichoke dip and it was so clumpy! Not even the spinach part but the cheese dip itself…i replaced them with fries but i still had to pay 17 dollars for the original appetizer,so i basically paid 17 dollars for fries?? Each time i go there’s an issue with my food please fix this!!
