***Holy smokes. They skimmed the top of my spaghetti with meat sauce. But this is 99% noodles. This is like your homeless uncle just came by and has 3 noodles on his plate and 3 cups of meat sauce and now it’s your turn and now you have a plate of noodles with what was left on the spoon. It’s embarrassing. Like I want to give them a call and see if they are in financial troubles. Do they need a pay day loan to make til Friday? Cause this is unbelievable. It was pointless to even serve this shameful representation. Feel free to look at my previous reviews. I hardly ever give low scores.

Can someone explain to me why they would cut up an ordered sausage as if it was a hotdog? Like you would for a 2yr old? It’s wild. It looks like Filipino style; they cut up a hotdog into it. Is this something you can order on purpose and I just clicked the wrong button or do they treat all guest as 2yr old children? Or perhaps they just assume I was skibidi because I used DoorDash?

Fast service. Food was good. Wish it was hotter. But that’s okay the bread sticks weren’t as good this time. But that’s okay . Went with co workers and they won’t go back

Wow I hadn’t Been to Fazolis in Year’s. What was I thinking? Our Cashier slash waitress. Did an amazing Job. Food was Crazy Hot and fresh. Brought everything out. And gave extras. What a great experience. Definitely will be back. I would Highly recommend dine in and try the Lunch special for $6.99 with all-you-can-eat Bread sticks.

I have never ate here before and ibwill NOT be returning…. first let me say prices are way too high for just noodles!!!! 2nd my kids meal had WAYYYYYYY tooooo much garlic seasoning on it!!! Soo much that my son was not able to eat in fact we had to throw it away!!!!!…. never again!!! It cost us $50 to feed 2 adults a child and a 3 year old. And my 3 year old couldn’t even eat his !!!!! And mine was also heavy seasoned grosses!!!!

731pm employees screaming and fighting with each other. Been waiting in drive thru for almost 30 min now. Already handed my money through the windows and no one has came back because they are screaming and yelling at each other using curse words. Absolutely terrible service.

We had dine in dinner last night at Fazollis in St Joseph, MO with our Granddaughter.
It was a great experience! Our food was just as we ordered, the service was awesome and Tommy was especially attentive and respectful. He was so courteous and helpful. We ordered a to go order for our grandson and it was equally good.
