This place is everything good about the world. Friendly faces and service, fantastic food, reasonable pricing and generous portions. We drove from Wytheville today after renting a uhaul from them yesterday, we couldn’t pass up an opportunity to stop by again to taste the food, and it did not dissapoint. Will definitely be back!

Loved this quiet little place for dinner tonight as we are staying overnight on a trip. Its a combination deli, quick mart, U Haul rental place. You can order dinner from the menu, have the special, have a sandwich made, and buy homemade baked goods! Tonight the country fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans was the special and it was delicious. We bought some preacher cookies and banana pudding to take back to our room at the Jackson Inn to enjoy as we listen to the peaceful rain on the roof and the not-so-peaceful trains passing by right across the street. Anyone watch My Cousin Vinny?

Being they were rushed food cooked too quick which changed the overall taste of the food frying on extreme high temperature gets done on the outside too much but not in the inside. Will try again.

The monster burrito always weighs more than a pound and 1/4 sometimes almost 2 pounds and it’s only 10 dollars. The taste matches the incredible value. It’s a meal you WONT find elsewhere.
The po boy is also worth mentioning. It’s a harder to find meal in the area and family market nails it. Everything is made with the freshest ingredients, it’s easy to tell even visually before tasting your meal.
