A first-time Hibachi experience is more than just a dinner, it’s a dinner and a front-row seat to a culinary show! If you’re going for the first time, prepare for fire, flying vegetables, and a very full stomach.
Things kick off with the “onion volcano.” Watching a stack of onions turn into a literal smokestack is the ultimate theatrical start to a meal. Watching the chef flip a raw egg with a spatula and crack it mid-air is mesmerizing. It’s egg-stravagant dexterity that makes you realize you’ve been cracking eggs wrong your whole life. This is the ultimate test of athletic ability–Catching a piece of shrimp in your mouth. It’s the ultimate crowd-pleasing peak of the night.
The “Yum Yum” Sauce.. wow. This stuff is liquid gold. It’s creamy, tangy, and irresistible. You will want to dip everything—including your napkin—in it. You will witness a literal “brick” of butter being incorporated into your fried rice. It’s decadent, savory, and the reason it tastes better than anything you make at home.
Everything is seared at such a high heat that the steak and scallops get that perfectly-charred crust while staying juicy inside. You will leave feeling pleasantly stuffed. Hibachi portions are notoriously generous, so plan for a “to-go” box and/or a long nap.

First of all Jay knocked it out of the park. The server was also amazing. Jay was so attentive and really did an awesome job interacting with everyone. The food was AWESOME! I got the filet mignon and chicken. Fried rice and bacon wrapped shrimp. It was impossible to finish. There was so much food. I drank for the first time in years and I’ll say the drinks were A1 too.
The filet was so tender and flavorful. The scallops were melt in your mouth. Everything had so much flavor, I would recommend this place for sure if you’re looking for a fun and relaxing experience. I apologize as most of the food was gone before I got pictures

My family and I went to ohana steakhouse to celebrate my birthday and let me tell you the food was top tier and I recommend it 1000% my daughter is a very picky eater but she absolutely loved the shrimp our chef made (Tommy) who did a fantastic job at interacting with everyone at our table. He also gave my daughter a small size portion of calamari which was FANTASTIC! I was never a fan of seafood until I came here! The scallops were so mouth watering, I fell in love with their food. I also recommend the prickly pear martini. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you Tommy for the best experience! I would also like to thank our server (I can’t remember his name) but he was also fantastic.

Me and my fiancé come here at least once a month for date nights. It’s not even comparable to the other Japanese hibachi places in the area, it’s genuinely 20x better in every aspect. The staff is absolutely incredible- sweetest most fun people I’ve ever met. The food is top tier, everything is so fresh and cooked to perfection every single time. I have never had anything but a 10/10 experience here and you get sooo much food for the price. I couldn’t think of one single negative thing to say. Absolutely love this place and highly recommend!!

AMAZING! TASTE SO DAMN GOOD! This is one of rare restaurants where everything especially the meats taste great. The sides compliment well. The chefs are professional. Perfect service. Best to put in a reservation if not your waiting at least 30 minutes. But it’s worth the wait. Spice up your fried rice. It’s fantastic.

Our chef Cory was amazing. Said he had been there 20 years and it showed in his skill set. I wanted to tip him, but my dining partners said no. Why not? Serious question. Is it offensive in that setting?
Scallops and scallop sauce were big favorites of our table of 7. Everyone loved them. It was all 5 star though, every course. Soup, salad, shrimp appetizer, rice, entree, veggies, noodles. I recommend adding the garlic/chili seasoning for $1. Sooooo good.

First time there, we went to celebrate my birthday. It was a last minute decision and when I called over the phone they said it’d be an hour wait and they recommend reservations months in advanced. Well, we still went, as it was my birthday and it was special enough to wait whatever necessary. Walked in to put us on the waitlist and a party of 4 had not shown up at their expected time, so we were actually sat right away. I don’t know if it was birthday luck or just great customer service, but I was very happy. Our chef “Deadpool” (lol that was an inside joke you’d only understand at this table) was very entertaining, not with spatula flipping and making sounds but, meh, who needs that lol, even better he had great conversation and jokes throughout the whole meal. He had the whole table laughing and interacting wich I loved! He cooked us a Great meal and was attentive with the kids sitting at the table. Our server Fabi was excellent. She was on point with drinks, plates and very sweet, she was awesome with the kids. Would love to have her as our server when we go back. We loved them both. I have 0 complaints about this place. Great food, great service, great experience, I had a great birthday! Will definitely be back to celebrate another one or any special occasion. Ohana did not dissapoint!

The gentleman we had as our chef was funny and made sure to keep it interesting. The food was all delicious and was served up and cooked quickly and perfect.
