Absolutely terrible experience. We arrived at 4:30 p.m., ordered our food promptly, and by 6:00 p.m. we still had nothing. When the food finally showed up, only three out of four people in our party were served. The missing entrée? Apparently never even put in after waiting more than an hour and a half.
The burger that did arrive was completely raw in the center and not even hot enough to melt the cheese. The fries were cold, soggy, and honestly the saddest fries I’ve ever seen, and the wings were burnt to a crisp. None of the food was edible.
To make matters worse, we never received silverware during the entire 1.5-hour wait or even after the food arrived. We had to leave our table and stand at the host station just to ask for utensils—only then were we told the missing entrée had never been entered.
We also ordered a draft beer. The waitress said it was ready… and then never brought it. When it finally showed up, it had clearly been sitting out and was warm.
Meanwhile, they were continuing to seat other tables while warning guests it would be 30+ minutes before they could even order because the kitchen was “busy.” The shocking part? We arrived early in the afternoon when the restaurant was nearly empty.
Yes, our waitress eventually comped the meal we never received—which is the bare minimum of common sense, not good service.
This was during the weekend of the biggest local farm show, and they even had a sign outside welcoming farmers. Unfortunately, the only thing memorable about this visit was how unbelievably bad it was.
We will absolutely not be back.

I had not been to Hooters in years and decided to stop by to see what it was like. I didn’t have very high expectations because the last time I had gone it was terrible. I must admit I was very pleasantly surprised the food was really good and the service was top notch. I had boneless chicken wings which were a good size and very juicy not dried out at all. I also had house salad which was also a good portion. I didn’t feel like they were cutting corners when they made it. Our server was very attentive and did a great job. I will definitely be back. I suggest trying it out. If you haven’t been in a while you will be pleasantly surprised.

They have a different sauce now. It is Very Very Oily and has a much different taste. Their Ranch and Blue Cheese Dressings are loaded with way too much herbs and spices and taste Awful. I couldn’t eat but half of my order of 6 wings.

This was one of the most unprofessional restaurant experiences I’ve had. We walked in and were completely ignored — no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. After standing there for about 10 minutes, we had to track someone down ourselves. The hostess told us there was a 30-minute wait but refused to put our name down and walked away mid-conversation.
We Ubered there, so leaving wasn’t simple. After waiting a bit longer for clarification, she returned and loudly announced there was now an hour wait and “no room for anyone,” in a very rude and dismissive tone.
Busy nights happen. Wait times happen. What’s unacceptable is the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. The attitude and communication were completely disrespectful. We would have appreciated honesty and basic customer service instead of being treated like an inconvenience.
Very disappointing experience.
Ended up leaving walked in the rain to a restaurant down the street.

This location messed up my entire order, gave me the completely wrong wings. When I called to inform the manger he asked me to call back to give him time to locate my receipt. So I did when I called back three times it rang and gave me a busy signal! I paid 46$ for this bs! We work to hard for our money to be treated like this! What ever happened to hospitality? I will never order from here again!

Well Not very impressed this this place. It’s Dec 30 about 9. It’s kinda steady but not cray here. The atmosphere is nice but the service wasn’t great at all. Our server hardly came to the table. Had to ask a different server for the manager because the Strawberry daiquiri was horrible. Never had so much alcohol sitting on the top of it so they remade it, and it was much better. As for the wings, I think they took baby chickens, instead of full grown chickens for the size of the wings here. There was not much meat on any of them. my wife had barbecue and a lot of them. We’re not very good. I had the Texas barbecue and they were OK with flavor but not what I was expecting. We had to ask for another round of drinks when my glass at empty. So unfortunately, our server Kristen was not very on top of things. She was busy at the host table and just wandering. We did notice one server here who was really busting her butt we want to give her props for all her hard work that we noticed it and her name is Azlyn. She even stopped at our table and talked to us quite a few times just checking on us to make sure things were OK. I’m guessing she realized our server wasn’t doing her job. Hopefully the management can coach and teach their staff because this was definitely a very poor experience for us, whenever we get a chance to stop at a Hooters, we’re always there. We’ve been to Richmond. We’ve been to Toledo down in South Carolina all over in. Unfortunately this was the worst experience we had other than the server that wasn’t ours.

This is a restaurant with really delicious chicken. In particular, smoked chicken is my favorite. Very occasionally, chicken may not be cooked well, so please check carefully.

I rate on the value for my money as well as taste. The prices for the Traditional Wings makes this a 3 star at best. Lower the price 30% and I will be back.

Food was terrible. My bun was so saturated in butter that was all I could taste. The cheese for the fries was cold and not dippable. Fries were cold and soggy. Asked for bew ones and the waitress got them and they were the same. One of us asked for melted butter for their wings and by the time he got it we were done eating. Wing sauce was cold and thick. Cold fries. Really not pleasant. Waited for 45min for food and the place was not busy. The waitress was really nice.

Don’t ever write reviews. However this one is needed. Ordered carry out from Hospital across the street. Waited 10 minutes after it was due NP. But all the food was cold. The fish is being more than generous . 40% fish 60% breading. I have had better onion rings from a Walmart freezer. The wings were drenched in sauce. That was to spicy for my wife ( no were did it indicate they were spicy) NEVER again will I give any Hooter’s my business. Wish there was -stars.
