Was unaware that when you ordered loaded beef nachos that the amount of beef that I get could literally fit on the fork in one bite. Every time I come to this location either the service is poor or the food is never correct. Was charged almost $4 for barely any food and to top that off, the food was ice cold….yet again. Do not waste your money or time at this location.

This Taco Bell might be the most unpredictable dining experience in North Georgia. Ordering here feels less like fast food and more like spinning a roulette wheel you never quite know what’s going to happen when you open the bag. I’m not expecting gourmet cuisine…it’s Taco Bell. But I do expect the basics: edible presentation, a decent attitude, and receiving something that at least resembles what I ordered.
Instead, every visit feels like a late-night reality show where chaos is the main ingredient. The attitude at the speaker or the cash register can be very offensive, and the food often looks like it was assembled during a seizure. After about ten disappointing visits, I finally accepted that it wasn’t a bad night it’s just the normal experience at this specific location on Jessie Jewel
Oddly enough, lunch seems to be a completely different universe. The few daytime visits were actually decent, which makes the nighttime drop-off even more impressive in the worst way.
If you’re determined to roll the dice at lunch, you might get lucky. But for dinner, save yourself the mystery and drive to Taco Mac (in the same shopping area). Spend a few extra bucks (only $5 more) and enjoy a meal that doesn’t feel like a surprise box challenge.
If this is a franchise store and you’re the owner, you should really look into what’s going on at night. For gods sake, with all you have riding on this store it should be running a lot better than it is.

Instead of getting a beefy 5 layer burrito I got a bean burrito. This is incredibly disappointing as this is NOT the first time this has happened and it KEEPS HAPPENING!! This is ridiculous! you never know what kind of allergies other people have!! Teenagers that can barely make ramen should not be working for a franchise. This place needs to be shut down for the amount of wrong orders I’ve gotten. Doesn’t matter if it’s online or not. OH AND THEN I GOT THE CORRECT ORDER!!! What a freaking mess.

Overall horrible and a waste of almost $16. Never again. The pizza had almost no filling or topping mostly just bare shell. Both taco shells were crushed. The pinto and cheese were most all just clumpy poorly mixed beans with a clump of red sauce in top. There was no fire sauce so after asking for that I forgot to tell them I didn’t get my drink that came with the combo. I won’t be back after this horrible service.

Literally anytime I door dash from this location its the absolute worse. I hate doing bad reviews but there is a first time for everything. Waited an hour for my food doordash had to send 3 washers all for them to say that my food was picked up!! By who if it was never confirmed through doordash. My last dasher was so nice and told me to call and ask if they could remake it and she would bring it to me. I called and they basically told me the only way I would recieve my food is if I paid again. canceled my order and ordered from browns Bridge and had absolutely NO ISSUES!!!

This place is the worst Taco Bell. It takes extremely way to long to get your food. If you are doing DoorDash or Uber Eats they are very rude. It usually takes about an hour to get your order even though the person had placed the order way in advance. It’s the worst location!! It’s not just me, I’ve met multiple people that have had the same experience at this location especially at night!!

I’m a paying customer, physically present and speaking to you at your restaurant but I can’t get food because I didn’t order on some stupid app?? I shouldn’t need a damn app on my phone to get a freakin’ taco…
