Tonight at 6pm I sent an employee to pick up food for the office staff. My employee gave the Wendy’s cashier $30 in cash and the Cashier refused to provide a receipt, claiming “we don’t give receipts out at the drive-through”. Of course this is not case and never has been. I’ll remove this review once I get a reply from the owner acknowledging that its employees are taking cash from customers and refusing receipts.

It was clean and everyone was friendly. The food was good and they got our order right. We had salads but my boyfriend doesn’t like chicken so he always orders his chicken on the side, you wouldn’t believe how many places that have trouble with that, but they got it perfect.

They gave me a cold muffin! It was not toasted! What is going on here at this location! You are better off going some where else! I also ordered a chicken wrap here, which was garbage too! The lobby was also closed at 9am! I recommend going to a different location!

The workers at this Wendy’s are too lazy to make a baked potato. For the past 6 months I’ve been going to this Wendy’s they claim they are out of baked potatoes. I’ve even had their workers tell me they have them then a couple minutes later they claim they don’t have them.

Food was delicious!! I wish I could tell you what it was, but it was not our order. We ate every bit of it though and was not disappointed. We even got a bonus soda – we told them we should only receive two, (one with each combo) and kindly told us to keep it. I’ll come back again. The food quality was excellent and we’re happy we got to try a combo meal we wouldn’t have normally ordered and thoroughly enjoyed!

I went thru the drive-thru initially, the kids were playing, I get my daughter’s food. I’m just sitting there because the kid at the window hasn’t given me the drink, which is always the first thing they hand you. But I’m just waiting, the kid says is there anything else I said waiting on my drink which I see sitting on the drink machine. He grabs it gives it to be me I drive off. I usually check my order but I left it up to my daughter to check it. Get home and we are missing fries and a burger. I drive back and go inside. This is the video I’m about to post. There is an employee eating food in the prep area, another employee fixing food no gloves. And other employees says “I’m was taking a shit, this has nothing to do with me.”

This location moves kinda slow. The food is okay but could stand to be fresher. The service is okay, but as a customer, the vibe was kinda like the employees didn’t want to be at work. I will take under consideration that it was lunchtime and that they were being slammed with minimal employees. At least, that’s how it appeared.

Edit: I went in on November 3, 2025 at 5pm and left at 5:15 having not even given my order! They are SLLLLLLOOOOOOWWWWWW! And it doesn’t help when the majority of the employees are standing around doing nothing. The manager (at least the one in the collared shirt) seems to be the only one doing anything.

This was a horrible experience. I asked for a #1 b) Dave Double no pickles with a sweet Tea and a baked potato with cheese and chili. My total was $12.00 at the windows. I CLARIFIED the order. They misunderstood 3 times while I was at the windows. My oder came fries. I didn’t say substitute my fries for the potatoe. I asked did the potato have chili and cheese. Manager said yes. Only to get home and find hard bacon crumbs on the potato. My client has no teeth. So she couldn’t eat . It’s raining hard today
