I need not say more than my wife picked up breakfast for us one morning, and my McMuffin had a large bite out of it (see attached photo). Returning, it was after 10:00 am and couldn’t be replaced. 10 am? Anyway, as punishment, they did send the McMuffin biter home early. Seriously? That person obviously STILL works there, and I obviously won’t eat there. I mean, it’s only McDonald’s, not a 5-star restaurant, anyway.

Had to stop for some food. Placed my order, girl at payme t window didn’t seem to happy to be there. Had to wait for fresh food which was perfectly fine. Till they gave me the wrong order after I opened everything up. Had to go back and wait for another sandwich. I got my food. Service was kinda mediocre though. Staff just didn’t seem friendly. They apologized but it felt more like I was the inconvenience. Everyone was in the back talking, no one at counter till I got their attention.

Super clean and the staff was very friendly. Absolutely the best experience i have ever had at a McDonalds. My order was placed with a very mannered human being, not a kiosk and my food was delivered to my table. While i was eating my meal another very polite staff member came over and checked to make sure everything was as expected. Definitely a great place to eat and the work environment iand attitude with the best

When me and my husband came into this location tonight, we were tired and hungry. Unfortunately neither one of us are good with the app, but thank goodness the manager Alex was here to save the night. She was very professional, kind and courteous destiny who was working in the front counter was also a big hand, ensuring us that it wasn’t a problem. The restaurant was clean. The atmosphere was nice and the food was fresh. Thank you again Alex destiny you’re the best.

Rude drive through service. The order was wrong and the manager argued with us instead of just remaking ONE of the four sandwiches. Then we proceeded to just ask for our money back and they refused. Called cops on us for sitting in drive through waiting to get our money back and left with our food inside that they took back and refused to refund us a dime because two sandwiches had been eaten off of. Never in my life have I encountered such terrible customer service. I’m really just flabbergasted at this experience. Then I read reviews and it’s not just me!! The morning manager is NOT manager material. Petty and ready to fight over a sandwich instead making customer happy. Thanks, we just wasted 30 min and 35.00.

The best option. For the weekend. highly recommend stopping by for the seasonal McDonald’s Holiday Pie! The golden-brown crust was perfectly flaky and crispy, complementing the warm, creamy vanilla filling. The festive sprinkles on top added a nice touch of crunchy sweetness.
Beyond the delicious treat, the service was exceptionally friendly and fast, deserving of five stars. The dining atmosphere was also very clean and inviting, making the whole visit the best option for our weekend treat.

This location is currently operating solely through drive thru while under heavy construction, and it takes a tremendous toll on their service. It took myself and each person before me in line approx 10-15 minutes to be serviced for our orders, then in my case they hadn’t even realized my order was made online and had already been available for over 10 mins, sitting beside them. Very frustrating. They shouldn’t be open for business if their service is this poor and severely impacted by the construction.

Saw no one in line so thought it’d be a fast drive thru experience but realized when I was told to pull into a parking space there were FOUR other people parked waiting for their food and then watched TWO more drive thru guests be told to do the same thing immediately after me.

I’m sure it’s all to keep their drive thru timing numbers down for corporate but if you have to cheat to get those numbers, is it really real?

Whats Corporates number.Store refused to give it to me. That manger in there named Alex i believe is the rudest thing thats walked this earth. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with her but the first time putting it public. Had the drive thru window closed in my face while I was simply trying to ask a question. Then could hear her making remarks about me as she walked away. The cashier even witnessed it and was shocked. The cashier tried to tell the manager but Alex walked away.
McDonald’s if you really cared. Your action would show it. That manager is rude everyday. I ended up tossing my kids food out because afraid that it was tampered with. It took forever for 2 kids meal to be made and I didn’t trust that lady. Action shows you care. I dont feel good returning while shes there. Clean your staff up and you’ll get positive reviews.
