Solid Meal with Room for Flavor.
Outback Steakhouse delivered a solid, three-star experience; we were seated promptly, and the service was efficient. My steak was a testament to good cooking, possessing a nice crust, though it ran a little under my requested temperature. The shrimp were acceptable, rounding out the meal nicely. However, the one thing that kept this from being a five-star review was a pervasive taste; both the steak and shrimp seemed to share the same aggressive, over-seared flavor, which, while adding a crust, unfortunately masked the individual flavor of the proteins. It was a good, reliable meal, but attention to that dominant sear profile would elevate the entire experience.

We had such a wonderful experience this Valentine’s Day thanks to our server, Taylor G! He was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive from start to finish. He answered all of our questions with care, made sure we felt comfortable, and went above and beyond to take great care of us. You can really tell he cares about making guests happy — and we definitely left feeling that way. Thank you, Taylor, for making our night so enjoyable!

We haven’t been to 1 in years. This was a delightful experience. Steak and lobster for a reasonable price… guess it can be accomplished. Steak was good and so was lobster. A glass of Browne cab tops it off.
It was nice to see this location get busy ..

Sat at the bar, Alexandra was the bartender I received the best service I have ever gotten at a restaurant bar. Very professional, service was quick and on point. Drinks and appetizers were awesome. We will definitely be coming back to sit at her bar. Even though it was very busy, her service was excellent, she is the star of the show and deserves a raise. Thank you for such a great experience Alexandra.

It’s an overall nice place with a good atmosphere and decent food, perfect for dining with family or a partner. The baked potato soup was flavorful and at the right temperature, and the complimentary bread and butter were always satisfactory. The steak was excellent, and the vegetables were fresh. It’s a recommended spot, and the $7.99 cocktail special allowed us to enjoy a few drinks and had a good time.

Started out great. We were impressed by the server’s attention to our needs. Then came my husbamd’s prime rib. It came without the horseradish sauce. My husband requested for some from the young man who brought the food and from our main server. It didn’t come. When the server came about dessert, we reminded him that we were still waiting foe the sauce for the meat that gone cold. He took it to rewarm it. Came back with sauce and overcooked meat.

Ive been in food and beverage industry most my life and understand people have bad days, but wasn’t ready for what was about to happen. We were in Springfield visiting my sister after cancer surgery and stopped in around 830pm. The bartender was more than rude making it clear he closed in 30min. There were multiple tables ordering food so we stayed and were going to be quick. There was a trash ben on the counter infront of me so Iasked if he wouldn’t mind putting it on the ground so I wasn’t staring at it the whole time, definitely made things worse. He apologized for being so upset and explained he was having a bad day. The food was great! We we’re being respectful of the closing time and hurrying along. I want to say our tab was $130ish, and I tipped $15. Not a good tip and I understand that. Usually I’m a 25% tipper but I guess I’m not use to being treated like this. As we’re almost to the car he comes out of the side door yelling. He confronted us in the parking lot cussing and being confrontational. I’m ok with having a conversation about tipping. This wasn’t that time though, he was ready to fight. My friend that was with me is a disabled Vet and was terrified about what was going on. I would think the Outback would hold there employees to a higher standard. It was an awful experience! Employees at any cost should never act or threaten customers.

This visit left us a bit disappointed.
Our food was pretty bland, plenty of it though and decently priced.

Staff clearing a table dropped some sort of dressing and it splashed us. He apologized, we understand accidents happen so not a big deal but he kinda left the mess on the floor for a long time.

They have a serious problem with their website!!! Due to this restaurant can’t make a reservation or phone call to reserve seats beforehand, the only option is to sign in the waitlist from their website (link from their menu tab on the front page). However, when we arrived, the employees told us anything on the website does not connect to their system, which is super unnecessary. You either have a note states that the website doesn’t work or just delete the waitlist option from the website because without any notice, and consumers would have to waste plenty of time for waiting for new tables to get assigned. I believed they have been accused for this problem multiple times but no actions have been taken. There are a lot of people waiting just because of the misinformation from your website. People would have to wait for additional 30~ 45 minutes for their table. Next, they don’t have much issue with their dishes, but a bit too salty for me (based on personal preferences). I ordered a 13oz rib eye with extra marble ($37.99) and it’s as the same size of my hand (adult hand size). Whereas the can be more cautious of their steak doneness. I ordered medium (the middle of the steak is near medium) but the cap area seams rare, and I prefer the crust on the surface of the steak could be more crisp. Other dishes are quite simple and slightly above average. Overall, the workers are nice and friendly, but they have a serious issue with their website waitlist system. Hopefully they can make some changes.

Love To Travel
First time at an Outback. The food was pretty good. Ahi Tuna appetizer was delish. The prime rib was a little dry but it was flavored great. Husbands pasta had steak burnt on the outside and it tasted really weird. I’m disappointed.
