It’s so slow here. Honestly the slowest service in the dinning room I’ve ever seen. I understand drive thru is priority but I saw them knock out a whole wrapped around line while we stood here waiting for a cheeseburger and 6 nuggets… Not cool guys. Do better plz.

Everytime i go food is always wrong, they dont care, they are slow even when being told about egg allergys they put mayo on my food ( doesnt even come with it) and went back through three times because they kept just trying to wipe it off. This is just one of the many times theyve done this with food, Fries are almost always reheated same with the nuggets, by far the worst fast food experience ive ever had. Wouldn’t even feed it to dogs bot to mention almost every worker is rude

People love to hate on Wendy’s in pilot, but I’d like to turn your attention to the McDonald’s. The service here is absolute GARBAGE. My sister picked up food for me and my family today and our experience was terrible. First of all, she was told to wait for an extra 10ish minutes for her food, which would totally be understandable if they actually put all of our food in the bag. She returned home to find that they had forgotten an entire Mcdouble in our order. If that didn’t already change your mind, let me tell you about the food itself. The fries were cold and floppy. My mother got a mcchicken that she had to throw away because the texture was disgusting. They forgot every dipping sauce that we ordered. And to top it all off, the nuggets were gross too. My most recent experience at Wendy’s blows this out of the water. The food was good, we actuslly received everything ordered, and they got it out fast. This McDonald’s has gone down exponentially in quality, and they need to fix it. People eat her because of the convenience, but it ends up being terrible. don’t waste your money here.

I don’t expect great service or quality from fast food but I do expect that when I pay for a product that I am able to use/consume it in the first place. For the last 2 months everytime I order a blended beverage the drink has been completely undrinkable by the time I get to the bottom because the ice doesn’t blend small enough to even pass through the straw. At first it was just the last 1/5 of my drink but now apparently it’s gotten so bad that I can’t get through half of it. How has this not been resolved yet?

I usually don’t expect five-star service from fast food, but my recent experiences at this McDonald’s have been consistently disappointing. Orders are frequently wrong, whether it’s missing items or completely incorrect substitutions. On top of that, the wait times are ridiculously long—even when the restaurant isn’t busy.

The biggest issue, though, is the staff. Many of them seem untrained, unorganized, and, frankly, uninterested in providing decent customer service. I understand that mistakes happen, but the rude attitude when addressing those mistakes makes the experience even worse.

It’s frustrating when a simple order turns into a hassle, especially when McDonald’s is supposed to be about convenience. Hopefully, management steps up and addresses these issues because, as it stands, I’d rather take my money elsewhere.

Update: while sitting in parking spot number 1 waiting for food to come out. When the food was finally brought out, the order was completely wrong, missing fries, missing cheese, and the burger was completely cold. Drove straight back up to the drive-through to have the order fixed. And by being fixed, all they did was throw a cold piece of cheese on the sandwich.

I have decided to stop coming to this McDonald’s. I come here often, but they consistently mess up my order. I swear almost every other time I order here they mess up. And it ranges from making the food incorrectly or completely leaving out food items. Some employees are very friendly, and some or absolutely rude and have no manners.

Fix the blender! the reviews about the unblended ice are correct- got a Frappuccino that was basically iced coffee, mostly ice. 2 people got 4 piece tenders- I didn’t send my back but could only eat 2 of the 4 because it was so burnt- like rubber. Other person sent hers back, less burnt- edible but still burnt. Burger was correct and great, but put together in a messy pile.

I ordered food at 4:06 PM at McDonald’s and was told it’d be ready in 15 minutes — cool, no problem. But somehow that “15 minutes” turned into over 40 minutes of just sitting there waiting. No updates, no apology, nothing. Funny thing is I’ve ran a McDonalds when I was 18 years old I used to be a manager and opened the stores early in the morning… I NEVER HAD ANYONE WAITING 40 MINUTES FOR FOOD. I jus cancelled my order I hope I get my money back this is ridiculous

Came here after work in which i came with my friend, i asked for a few desserts which i get you would be mad but showing attitude to a customer should not be acceptable especially if they arent showing any towards you. The person who handed my food to me was very nice at doing their job!
