It was rush hour when we went. There were only 3 individuals in the kitchen that we could see. They did a FANTASTIC job keeping up with the flow.
The dining area was a little dirty, but what does one expect with only 3 people running the restaurant.
The food was great. Nice and hot.
Very friendly shift leader was our cashier. I didn’t pay attention to her name. Under all the pressure, she still was able to laugh with us and smile.

They always mess up my order if it is one thing it is another. This time I ordered the Breakfast Platter Combo with extra egg but they forgot the two hashbrowns and did not add the extra egg I paid for. The Jack-n-Box staff need to pay attention on the order instead of rushing it. Train your staff more and read the orders correctly and staff preparing the order before giving it to the customer.

Thank yoouuuu!!! just came in about 30 minutes ago to pick up a mobile order. Spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, using up my points. Whoever cooked and prepared the sandwich thank you.
