Was there for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by the staff everyone else walking in was greeted with open arms and politely. Not only was my presence ignored. I kept getting dirty looks by the staff. I waited overall 30 minutes despite everyone else around me being served quickly. I’m honestly very disappointed in the way this visit went. While I understand, sometimes in the food industry, you are running behind. I don’t understand not acknowledging every customer that walks in even if it’s something as simple as a hello.

Only reason I put four stars for service is because of our waitress Jessica. She was so lovely immediately greeting us as we entered. The past couple of times we’ve came it’s been the same people. The usual woman cooking didn’t get her name but she always does amazing and makes the food so good. The other 2 “ waitresses” white lady with red hair and a middle aged black woman never greet us and are always sitting down. They go into the bathroom multiple times. Poor Jessica was bussing 4 tables by herself while the other two sat or either went out to smoke or again go into the bathroom. Basically Jessica is the “All Star Special” She went above and beyond at 5:00 in the morning. Asked us multiple times if we needed anything or if we were okay. Extremely polite and sweet. She deserves a raise ❤️ wished we could have tipped more for her.

She looked annoyed each time we asked for something
And last but not least when i asked for mustard
The waitress proceeded to give me some expired packs of mustard
That wasn’t yellow but brown and dry !
I asked for the mustard bottle
She said she didn’t have any
Until i kept mentioning the packets of mustard she was handing was expired
She than “found” a mustard bottle in a cabinet
Wich was actually yellow mustard
Very bad experience

A solid 4 stars to this restaurant! It’s at a great location, next to our hotel (we stayed at the Quality Inn next door) and it’s right off highway I-270. They are open 24 hours and their service is great. We sat down, ordered our food, and it came within 5 minutes! They prepare the food faster than most fast food restaurants! My only criticism is they do not offer turkey products. We do not eat pork so we were disappointed when they didn’t have turkey bacon or turkey sausages. But that’s not an issue if you eat pork obviously. We normally go to Denny’s for breakfast because they offer turkey meat. But other than that, great service and great food!

Usually go here once a week but tonight we had a new server. Not sure what her name is but maybe it’s Madi. Wears glasses, redhead I think. Took her almost 20 minutes just to get our drink order, dropping plates fast and didnt even ask or check up on us. Will rate 5 star if someone talks to her. If you’re having a bad day dont make it a bad experience for the customer.
