First of all, the customer service was terrible. The drive through attendant was rude and snappy with us, it was like she would’ve rather been anywhere else. Secondly, we were the third car back but were still in this drive through for like for almost half an hour. And lastly, our order (just cheese rollups with extra cheese) was so cold that it was basically inedible. While this is an easy fix at home, the whole point of “fast food” is the convenience, which was completely missed here. I will not be returning.

Using the app was simple. I placed my order about 15 minutes before arriving here. To my surprise as soon as I walked in, they had just finished making my order. I was greeted with a smile, and the employees all got along. I noticed the chairs and tables were clean. Even though it wasn’t fully packed. A nice clean restaurant is welcoming. There were a few people there, and all of them were in good spirits. The bathroom was clean. I haven’t seen the lage night window. I’m guessing that those who place an order on the app can come and get their food at this window. Overall, I found my experience to be good .

Had a great experience at this Taco Bell! Ashley had a great smile at the drive through window and the whole staff was smiling looking genuinely happy to work together. Food was all correct and the warm smile went a long way to welcome customers back.

i waited + AT LEAST 5 other customers waited for 20-30 minutes. when i pulled in the parking lot the drive through was out to the parking lot you pull in… i never go to this one for this reason but every time its a issue. multiple people waiting. drive thru line very much out of the way of the actual drive thru. BUT on top of waiting half a hour the only ONE thing i ordered was wrong. no one in this place seems like they’re oblivious to what they’re doing. obviously i’m not the only one who seems to think so.

I love Taco Bell so much I would give my first born child if it meant I could get free Taco Bell and Baja Blasts for life. Is the staff overly friendly? no. Are they going to give me the best experience I could have? no. Is the food going to be consistent? Also no.
I do not go to Taco Bell for a fun, friendly experience. I go for the yummy tacos and Baja Blasts. This is the only Taco Bell that never screws up my order. ❤️

Literally, the slowest restaurant around for absolutely no reason. They will take 10 minutes, just to acknowledge your existence. You can be the only person there and it will still take 15 minutes for 3 to 5 items to be prepared. Unfortunately, this is not a one time experience. This is a regular and consistent basis.

Service was basically non-existent, didn’t seem to understand fresco-style or “no dairy please” third time in a row my food has been wrong and each time it’s been an allergy issue. Don’t know what to say but please don’t put that in there.

Rude staff. No smiles no interaction. Put their hand out for the money. Not giving total. Then handing card back and food. Nothing said. Not even have a good night. Staff should not be working if they can smile and interact with guests. I said thank you to everything and smiled. She ordering at the speaker not even a hi. Just a go ahead with your order. Staff does not seem to like to be there. A lot of them standing around or outside

Food quality is good. However, I waited in the drive-through for my food for about a half hour if not longer. Either they need more staff or a way for people to get out of the drive-through if they don’t want to wait more than 30 minutes. Will not do that again.
