Ordered pick up. Requested extra packets of sweet and sour sauce.
They only gave ONE! But, since they didn’t really do 1/2 and 1/2 on the white rice and fried rice I guess I don’t need extra.

One of the cleaner ones I’ve been to. If I were going to eat at any of the Meridian or nearby locations I would pick this one. It’s still 2nd to downtown Boise, though. If I had to critique one thing it’s the parking. I gave it four stars because the person greeting the customers was in no hurry to do so and look depressed.

I came in and ordered a Bigger Plate with very clear, specific, and important instructions to have the third entree, the Honey Walnut Shrimp, be packaged in the separate container as it was an option for the pescatarian in my household. This information was not passed down the line to the rest of the team and it (the shrimp) was not handled separately. The shrimp was put in with the chicken on the plate. When I asked that it be fixed, I was met with a harsh and rude attitude from the cashier.

Everytime I visit this location, it’s great. The staff is extremely friendly and the customer service is great. The food is always fresh and the portions are huge. I an very happy with everything here. Thank you very much for a great experience!

Worst parking lot ever!!!! Its so hard to park here when its busy. Any one with an suv or bigger youre lucky not to hit anything. Hard to back up or pull inAlso stupid slow when busy. I love going to panda but things loke this make it hard to go to this location

Fried rice was just okay. It just tasted like white rice with some egg in it. I felt like they forgot to add soy sauce when they’re cooking it. The rice was even white in color..it’s usually a little brown. Chow mein was good. I’ve eaten there before, and it was overloaded with veggies, not today, very good ratio. Overall, for the low price you pay at Panda, it’s still a good deal. Store and bathrooms were clean. Staff were super nice and friendly.

Panda Express is usually really good. Great for a quick dinner with the family. The ingredients are always fresh, cooked really well. We ran in for a quick dinner that was somewhat healthy, we actually ordered online and they had it ready to go by the time we got there. Pretty inexpensive for what you get. You can eat pretty healthy here. The employees are all very nice, offer samples of anything you’d like to try. They have a wide variety to choose from, and you always get a fortune cookie. There is plenty of room to sit and eat if you want. Overall a great place to grab a quick meal.

The food is good but the cashier or mgr name GRACE was rude we go here all the time but man everytime we go here she’s always have an attitude problem.. she was rude and her customer service sucks! She should not allow to work at front if she have an attitude problem… do better next grace.. this panda express location is on overland and entertainment!

This panda location always has terrible chow mien , like bottom of the pan like three times over. I asked for fresh and he said they didn’t have any coming. My plate moved around the corner. To put the being beef. Then a whole new pan !!
