I ordered three burgers, two with bacon and one with mushrooms and none were made correctly. The two bacon burgers came without bacon, and the one with mushrooms had no mushrooms at all. To make it worse, one burger didn’t even have a patty, just soggy bread with lettuce and tomatoes and the regular burger had only one patty.
Clearly, there was no attention to detail when preparing the order. I called the store, and while they did offer a refund, they said I’d have to drive back 25 minutes to get it. That’s not acceptable after such a big mistake.

This Five Guys were really good and made my sandwich and fries just like I ordered it.

I’m at work & decided to get lunch with my coworkers. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, when I went to take another bite there was a hair in it, like a tight coil piece of hair from a beard or something. Melted right in the cheese. Straight up turned my stomach. My husband called to tell them, trying to get a refund since there is no way I’d want another one. They would not issue one unless I brought it back in. I’m at work, cannot leave & work night shift.

All drinks in the soda machine are calibrated with low syrup to save a buck. Tasted like lightly sweetened carbonated water. Also, the burgers are supposed to be cooked well done, one of the patties was medium rare. Last time I spend $42 at this Five Guys. Won’t be back due to the drink situation.

When I pay $17 for a burger and fries I expect it to be good, but that was not the case. My burger was undercooked with a soggy bun that I ended up discarding. And the fries were overcooked. It was a very disappointing experience. I used to love 5 guys but I definitely won’t be returning, at least not to this one. The peanuts were the highlight of the meal, and of course those are free.

You can never go wrong with a Five Guys meal! My Fries… just a little too over cooked, but still ok to eat without complaining. But it was lunch and they were busy so some exceptions are to be made. My bacon cheeseburger was awesome. Coke machines are always fun to use. Many ways to drink a soda. Nice people with friendly service. But did notice a table was messy at the door. It stayed that way for a bit too long. Otherwise… pretty clean. Food was fast. AND! This Five Guys has a outside dinning area with an awning. Very nice! I ate my lunch today out there. Was fabulous. Pretty good music too.

The quality at this location is on a downward spiral. Ordered food today, and the first thing I noticed was there was no cup for my fries – just a handful thrown into the bag. Looked past it, because no big deal. THEN I get to the last piece of my burger and noticed a hair in the onions! No excusing this.

Food was alright . This location is nice place and clean . so be prepared to wait a little longer than usual. I’m still shocked as why their prices are so high. Fries portions have definitely decreased.
