Went through the drive through for lunch a little after 1pm. There was 2 or 3 other vehicles in line. Am very pleased with the service. Drive through attendant was very kind. I didn’t feel as if i waited long, but she did apologize for my wait which i appreciated. Would definitely go to this location again. The order was exactly right. Didn’t miss a thing or mess up any part of my order specification, including no lettuce and add tomato, and the mild and hot sauce. All the food was delicious. We order a cantina burrito meal, 3 soft beef tacos and 3 crunchy beef tacos. Much needed easy meal. Thank you Taco Bell west genesee St Syracuse. We certainly were not disappointed.

Usually a great store honestly, however they aren’t following procedures for mobile orders. They are careless and don’t check phones to make sure the food is actually going to the person who purchased it, instead they just hand off the food as soon as somebody says they placed an order. This has happened to me twice now, they try to say I already picked up my food when really, they got my order stolen. It’s really not that hard, just do what you’re supposed to do.

Used to be good months ago, but today they really boiled my piss. I showed up at an already backed up drive thru that was at a complete standstill for 15 minutes. Then a car pulls up behind me and now I know I’m committed. No going back, but the line still isn’t moving forward. 20 minutes later I’m at the intercom and she says please wait. Another 5 minutes pass and she says they are only accepting cash at this time. I don’t carry cash. I got stuck in the drive thru another 20 minutes and wasn’t even able to order food. I’ll never be back.

I came in with my partner around 8:30 PM on a Monday night. We ordered five items and were the only customers inside, but still waited about 15 minutes. Our food was made and left sitting on the pickup rack getting cold, even though we ordered dine-in and no one told us it was ready.
On top of that, we were charged for an item we never received. After already waiting, it was frustrating to realize part of our order was missing. The overall experience was disappointing — long wait, cold food, and being charged for something we didn’t get.
Hoping this location can tighten things up for future customers.

Waited 40 minutes in line with only three cars ahead of us. We only ordered 6 items. Idk how its taking so long to prep this food. When we got to the window staff hardly said two words to us and practically chucked the order out the window when it was finally ready.

Came in and wanted a taco, it was before Interior closed, doors were unlocked and everything- instead the employee complained and stated lobby was closing early and told me to go through the drive through, I came at that time because I don’t drive and CANT go through drive thru. Just waited over 20 minutes in line for 2 tacos with only 3 cars inline. I asked the server why they couldn’t just have the car with the big order go up front like McDonald’s does and she said they can’t. So I guess inconveniencing their customers with small orders like mine have to wait while the food gets cold. Real dumb

If you like ordering a surprise I’d suggest you order here. Ordered a few food items that had beef in them (soft beef taco, Gordita crunch, etc.) when they arrived 5/6 of the items had chicken instead of beef!! If they had a shortage of beef I’d understand but no one called, or let us know…

Went in, ordered at the kiosk, 20 minutes later they still hadn’t started my burrito. A simple damn burrito. Their focus was on the drive thru, not the customer in the restaurant. Poor poor customer service.
