The food is not an idsue. It’s quite good. It’s just this particular location is tragically not that clean. It’s bugs flying around the inside at all times. The tables are always filled with crumbs. The bathroom makes you want to hold it in. And, to top it off, the employees always look drained. They need some help at this location!

Let’s put it as honest as we can. This Chipotle is as good as the Walmart across the road. It’s trash. If it says they close at 10 they closed and locked the doors by 9:30 and they will run out of most food by 9pm. If you ordered online late you won’t get your food because the doors are lock. The inside is absolutely disgusting. They don’t clean the floors through out the day they will walk on top trash in the kitchen. The food is cold, and taste old.

I ordered from this location tonight and my order was covered in sauces I never ordered. When I walked in a customer was having an argument with a rude cashier over getting her money back and I wish I would have done the same. I ordered online and my burrito bowl only has 5 ingredients… reading is fundamental, kids. I want my money back and will be disputing the charge with my bank like the other customer.

Now for the not so good. I thought my dished out portions for my bowl were a bit on the small side when I saw it happen, but didn’t think too much of it. Now that I’ve read multiple reviews stating the same thing, I’m seeing it’s not me. This is a thing at this place apparently. I don’t often go to Chipotle so I thought maybe policy had changed and I wasn’t aware. Nah, probably just this location.
Also, trash cans were full to the very top and overflowing. No one was doing anything about it. Tables stayed uncleaned for far too long. They weren’t THAT busy. No excuses. A complete no no. For this reason, they get two stars. That should be happen.

This is my first time coming here and I’m making this review because I have experience working on restaurant. I came in a rush hour I would say. Place was busy very busy and it continued busy while I was there. Food overall was good I can’t complain about that. But the hygiene yes and that’s very important, place was dirty the tables were dirty. Bathroom was horrible dirty and floor was weathered. Chipotle needs more workers at night time. Apparently this location is busy is not enough with the rest of the employees. This place would be so great is it was cleaner. Kitchen was very messy and I understand is rush hour and online orders keep coming. I also notice that 2 employees were taking break at the same time when the place is packed.

Restaurant appeared to be clean, staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. All my orders were correct however found a bell pepper sticker in my burrito bowl..hope you guys are washing your veggies. Please be more careful next time.

The service here is terrible it is 7:28 on 9/19/25 and I just got chipotle here 15 minutes ago. I was happy because I had rewards for a free entree and chips and queso so I used them and then it seemed as if the manager wasn’t very happy about it so he then hassles my roommate and I over 5 cents for a bag. It is honestly just crazy how downhill chipotle has gone.

I just left chipotle on Joppa Rd. The crew member gave me 3.. yes I said 3 spoon fulls of rice , a half of spoon full of chicken and drenched my bowl with sour cream. When I asked for more chicken they wanted to talk double meat. No Im asking for meat to match this bowl of rice you’re trying to give me. The service , while I appreciate the pace, was horrible. I paid $20 for a bowl of rice and toppings. I’m not satisfied. I was on lunch so in a rush but bad choice. I should not be coming back.
