Went on a Saturday morning. Waited 50 minutes for a few sandwiches. They kept apologizing. Finally I said just change my order to whatever is ready. The Fried chicken was good. But I didn’t get the fries or an equivalent amount of the food I purchased. Dining room was dirty. I was very disappointed. Staff was mostly standing around and visiting with each other. Need a good manager to fix a good product in a great location.

Waited 10 minutes in drive through to order. Waited about 45 minutes after ordering to get food. There were 6 other cars in the drive through waiting on food. Really wanted to just leave but I already paid… and I was grabbing food for me and a couple friends. So I felt like I was pretty much held hostage.
Got to Popeyes at 4:10pm, I left at 5:04pm…
How does it even get this bad?
Never thought I’d bother to even write a negative review but had nothing else to do while waiting.
Got an extra sandwich for the wait but I kinda just wasted an hour of my life… at a drive through.
All that time to work, and the order wasn’t even correct.

My only issue is the lack of attention to Door Dash orders. Because no way should this incorrect order left the store. You got the drink right, but failed to check the receipt entirely. Because I ordered 3 of the 6 pc boneless last night. And I got an entire different order. Though it was corrected. I still ended up the bone-in wings due to this location not having the boneless in stock.

I went to Popeyes on Saturday 2/14. My order was $36. I was very disappointed about the food I received. I was told that I had to wait for the chicken to finish cooking, but I was given old chicken that was sitting, the reason I knew was because the chicken would have been piping hot and it wasn’t. I wasn’t even given the correct portions according to my coupon. The skin on the chicken was hard and taste like it was fried in old grease, and the biscuits were hard, Popeyes have really went down in quality. Very disappointed for the amount of money I paid. Will not be going back to this location.

Hood evening im so disappointed like really mad that when my husband brought the chicken back it was old and dry and I said did u look at this they gave u chicken that had been sitting under the light and the bottom of heat pan..these dinners cost to much money that anyone get this kind of service..and make to much money not to give your customers quality food I said take it back and get your money back ..oh well he said they didnt give me my receipt he had already waited 37 min..I guess I have to stick going way to q6 and national where the chicken is always fresh and customer service is A1 even when they short staff..this company makes ot of money..and u cant traim employees on cooking and the hours of how long chicken should stay on warmer n refresh it after so many hours..and when he just tried to take it back the doors were close and deive through wrapped around parking lot..I need this location to get it together..like foreal people spending they hard earm money

I have ordered here 3 times and every single time, I had to get a refund because the location was closed, or they didn’t have any food left. The wait times are always extremely long. And just to top it all off, the workers have nasty attitudes. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Do Better Popeyes.

I don’t know who Rachel is that work the night shift. But her whole staff was in the back doing whatever and no one was covering the drive-thru. When someone finally came to the register window all of the workers came out of the back way and gave me some of the most horrible chicken you’ve ever tasted. I went back a couple days later got a refund from a very nice man kind of heavy set and he tried to put it on my card but it never was placed on the card. So I never got a refund and they have their chicken back. Very nasty old grease chicken hard biscuits no fries all mashed potatoes I didn’t want any but I got six containers of mashed potatoes for whatever reason. But Rachel needs to go because you have a very good service line and we want to eat good food after the club too.

I have come to the point where I don’t even bother to go to this restaurant anymore. I’ve tried to give this place a few chances and at every point I have been disappointed. Orders wrong. Food not up to par. Not to mention. They give your DoorDash order away before DoorDash can actually pick it up. I was hoping that after the fire that they could hire competent staff. I literally live with in walking distance of this restaurant & have to order from a different location in order to get my food correctly.

I ordered 2 of the 3 piece chicken on line for over $10.00. This was on 12/7 @ 3:15. When I was about to go in, the door was locked and one of the employees announced they were closed. They claim they were behind. When I asked about my order, I was given a vague answer and was basically told there was nothing they could do. I tried to request a refund online, but was only offered a credit. I am a loyal customer, but feel slighted. I need my money back. UPDATE I filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I was informed that Popeyes did not respond to the complaint. This tells me they don’t care about the customers! This is pathetic. Will NEVER go there!!
