We recently visited Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews to celebrate my brother-in-law’s birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish!
The atmosphere was cheerful and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, which instantly set the tone for a great evening.
As someone who needs gluten-free options, I was absolutely amazed by their gluten-free buns. They were soft, fresh, and tasted exactly like regular bread — so much so that I actually had to double-check with the server to make sure they were really gluten-free! Without exaggeration, they are the best gluten-free buns I have ever had.
The French fries were perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy inside — fresh, hot, and just the right amount of seasoning. Our drinks were cold, refreshing, and kept refilled with a smile. Every single plate that came to our table looked and tasted delicious.
What also warmed my heart was that they had a special “Back to School” activity for kids, along with an opportunity to make donations for a great cause. It’s wonderful to see a restaurant not only serving great food but also giving back to the community.
Overall, it was a perfect celebration — delicious food, thoughtful touches, and a team that truly cares about their guests. Thank you, Red Robin, for making our family gathering so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

First time I’ve ever been to this location. We were pleased, though my friend’s special order drink (vodka and cranberry) probably left some to be desired in her opinion, so I finished it. Otherwise, it was very good.

Alright food, my issue with a lot of Red Robin’s is the constant check in. It’s not all that fun to be in the middle of a story and constantly have to pick up where you left off. I understand they want to provide quality service but a lot of the time that just kind of upsets me.

Just as the waitress sat down my mini onion ring stack, Kate Bushs’ “Running Up That Hill” tune started playing, and while staring at the neon decor on the wall, I instantly felt like I was in an 80s time capsule. It feels so nostalgic coming here. Onion rings are still delicious. The hot honey chicken sandwich is also really good. Can’t wait to come back soon!

I went here for my Birthday burger. I unfortunately had to dine-in because they are now forcing you too. Tbh, I spent the same amount Red Robin but nice try to make me go in to try and spend more. The fries I was going to purchase for myself on my pickup order, I decided against and just had a few of my husband’s. I’m not really much a fry eater. We got waters. No appetizer and no dessert. I gave my waitress what would of been my fry cost. My waitress was very nice but we were dashing. We didn’t have time to sit there and eat but I wanted my yearly Royal Red Robin birthday burger. But this having to eat-in may make me not do my birthday burger. The knife had someone’s crusted food on it too. I’m just not a dine-in person when forced. My husband enjoyed the unlimited fries though. He usually eats mine too

I have never been to this location specifically. This isn’t the best one I’ve been too. The fried cheese were a little under cooked and the sauce was gross. Other Red Robin’s have a marinara sauce, this location had a chunky sauce.
The fries were delicious and cooked perfectly. The burger was ok. The bacon was definitely cheap microwave bacon.

Paulie was our server he was attentive and gave great suggestions! We tried two burgers and split them so we could sample each. (Southern Charm and the Black snd Bleu). Both were delicious. We also had beverages and fried pickles. Delicious. The view outside was so appeasing and needed! I’d visit this establishment again even though it was a bit of a hike it was worth every moment!

We came here for our son’s birthday dinner tonight. Frank was our server and he was one of the best servers we have ever had. He was prompt with our beverages and food, had a fantastic personality, and clearly enjoys his job. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. We have been to this location probably about a dozen times, but this was one of the best experiences we’ve had there.
