We just got home from ordering (drive-thru) at this DQ. Unfortunately, the 4-count chicken strip basket we ordered was subpar. The strips were small, and the lemonade was basically water…it had absolutely no flavor…I guess employees do not check on the drink machines?? I was so dissapointed. I’m so sick of fast food prices being so high, and the quality of the food is non-existent. I miss the old days; you got what you paid for.

Quick fresh and fast. I was able to order in the drive thru and get my food in about 4 minutes. My order was correct and had pretty of jalapenos like I asked for. I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s also the same quality and speed. That what I like about DQ!

The chicken strips are smaller than they’ve ever been and they always short the baskets one strip. At this point, they’re doing it on purpose to cheat people out of their money and make their dying business a bit more profitable. Sad.

Dirty, disgusting and the man had the audacity to ask for 20 cents for kids dip cone. Crumbs all over counters where they prepare ice cream and tables are filthy with greasy hand prints on chairs. We had to eat outside because all tables were dirty.

We went to DQ today and asked for a small hot fudge Sunday with pecans and extra hot fudge. This is what they gave us after we explained that we asked for extra hot fudge. 6 bucks for this and the girl was annoyed and the manager was annoyed. Come on, I’m willing to pay for the extra because I’m asking for it. I don’t mind that it’s 6 dollars but give me the extra!!

We got the steak fingers basket, which used to be a really good item…it has since shrunk in size…they are now paper thin and only a few scrawny fries…the gentleman that waited on us was very pleasant which helped…
