We went on Friday 1/30/26. We ordered thru the app one burrito and two tacos. The tacos I paid to have the beef swapped for cantina chicken and removed the lettuce. I opened the tacos to find 2 small pieces of meat on one taco and maybe 3 pieces on the other. Contacted Taco Bell and got no answer. Those tacos together weren’t worth a dollar. So disappointed.

am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience I had at the Taco Bell location in McMinnville while working as a DoorDash driver.
On the evening of my visit, the lobby was closed, so I entered the drive-thru to pick up three DoorDash orders. When I reached the speaker, I clearly stated that I was there to pick up three separate orders. The employee informed me that they could only release two orders per vehicle and instructed me to go through the drive-thru again to retrieve the third order.
Although this policy was inconvenient—especially given that the drive-thru line was very busy—I complied without argument. After receiving the first two orders, I re-entered the long drive-thru line as directed. Because the employee at the window specifically told me to “come back to the window” for the third order, I did not stop again at the speaker and instead proceeded directly to the window.
When I arrived at the window, I was then told that since I had not stopped at the speaker, I would need to go back around yet again and stop at the speaker before they could hand me the third order. This was contradictory to the instructions I had previously been given.
What made this situation especially unacceptable was the behavior of the staff. Throughout the interaction, employees were laughing and mocking me while I was simply trying to do my job. As a DoorDash driver, I rely on restaurants to communicate clearly and treat drivers with professionalism and respect. Instead, I was treated dismissively and made to feel embarrassed for following the instructions that were given to me.
This situation caused unnecessary delays, impacted my delivery times, and ultimately affected my ability to provide good service to customers. Policies—if they exist regarding order limits per vehicle—should be clearly communicated and applied consistently. Additionally, employees should never mock or laugh at someone who is simply following directions and attempting to do their job.
I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and that staff receive proper training regarding professional conduct and consistent communication with delivery drivers. DoorDash drivers represent paying customers, and we deserve to be treated with respect.

I requested 3 no cheese fresco tacos. All three had cheese and splotches of sour cream. I asked them to be remade without cheese and all three had small amounts of cheese. When I took them back, the girl behind the counter said “it’s only two pieces of cheese” with attitude. I explained that I couldn’t eat any dairy because of an allergy. She then repeated it’s only two pieces to her coworkers loudly. I then requested a refund. She said loudly “I will remake them, but the lettuce has cheese.” I restated my request for a refund that I didn’t trust her to make my food again. A different worker processed my refund, and offered an apology while smiling.

After I ordered, I needed to just add sauce that was an additional 40 cents. I was told I could not add anything to my order because of TIME. I asked why the employee then told me the boss would not get there bonus. So there for they are not allowing customers to add anything at the window. It would have taken no time to add 1 sauce.

I used to very fan of Taco Bell, always after work had my dinner from here . I would like to let every one know that , make sure you guys checking up the Food price , they never mention individual food price in , like I order 3 Chicken chipotle melt , they just gave you the wrong total amount , didn’t mention single price . The single price is $2.19 and they charge $2.39 . It’s not about money . It’s all about they trying to loot millions of dollar everyday by playing game with food price . We work hard everyday , not for letting anyone loot our money . I never look up my price , today I accidentally order one and get that price . They been doing from long time if anyone noticed. So folk be care when ever you pay your valuable money . Doesn’t matter it’s penny or million . You aren’t spending your money here , you spending your time as well . I will never return here again, not for food or money . Its All about trust, I’ve been doing on them from years .

The food you get from this place is literal amorphous *cold* pig slop. It’s all just haphazardly thrown together and smooshed up in a bag with a wrinkled ball of napkins over the top. Nothing in this review is hyperbole. I’m not kidding. The last time I ate here I was wondering if the employees were mad at me and I’ve never complained. Eat here at your own risk, that’s all I’ll say.

My wife wanted to stop and get 2 bean and cheese burritos on our way home late last night. Its crazy enough that its over $2 each, but I decided to get a burrito supreme, it was right around $6.50? Needless to say, the burrito supreme that was 3x the cost was smaller than my wife’s bean and cheese burrito. What gives taco bell?!

I have been a long time customer of Taco Bell. I’m old and all the new technology is difficult for hard seeing older generations. I went to the counter and was told to use the kiosk. When I stated I didn’t know how. I was told they were to busy. My days with Taco Bell are now over.
