As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This over night shift here makes food so good. I order around midnight or 1:00am foods has always cooked perfectly around that time it’s never overcooked. But if you go during that day time food be overcooked for sure so I will only eat here at night

Staff is very unprofessional and has no respect for customers. I got there around 2:49 am to pick up a guest food, one of the guys told me, give a few minutes to get your order. At 3:54 a.m., a lady showed up with her attitude and told me we couldn’t prepare your order because we ran out of the product for it.

I thought I would stop in and get the $4 special with the cheese. Double apple pie fries and drink. I’ve had it before and it’s been cool. It’s been a good value for the money. But apparently on MLK at this location it’s different than that. At this location, I got a water cup of drink. They call it a value drink. The other stuff was okay but I also got the strawberry cheesecake bites for $2.99. Do not buy these! You only get three small bites. It was my first time getting them and they were small and nothing like the advertisement. That was more powdered sugar than bites.

Honestly, if this is how it’s supposed to be at this location, then fine. I’m just being nitpicky. But, I had this special at other locations in Decatur and it was a lot better than this.

I came through to pick up A mobile order and the manager with a gray jacket was very rude. She was not polite. Talked to me as if I was child and I work for her. Proceeded to be disrespectful. Also the food was cold.

This was horrible, I haven’t bought the deep sea double in a while and it was a reason I didn’t, they seem to cook it too long. It was hard and didn’t even have tarter sauce on it at all or lettuce just cheese. I threw it away, was a waste of money. I had fries as well but they tasted old. The only thing good was the chili cheese dog, the checker burger and the spicy chicken sandwich. Smh

Update 02/28/25 @1610: I have given this Checkers location multiple chances to improve, but unfortunately, the service remains unacceptable. Despite placing a mobile order, I waited over 30 minutes for my food, which is completely unreasonable. The lack of urgency, customer service, and overall efficiency suggests a disregard for customer experience and time. This location is in serious need of new management. The quality of service should not be dictated by the neighborhood—it should meet the same professional standards as any other establishment. I hope corporate takes action to address these ongoing issues.”

Customer service is horrible it is 9:21 and the young lady scream at me and told me that they was close.
