How about instead of having a Johnny-on-the-spot social media team, they put some of that effort into making their customers experience positive so they can write good reviews?
Honestly, it seems like they need to clean house and start all over again. Review after review talks about poor service, cold food and the lack of professionalism across the board. How many reviews do they need before they start to make changes?

This place just can’t get hot food to the table. The last 2 times I’ve been I’ve specifically asked for the fries/tots/etc to be HOT coming out and they’ve arrived barely warm. Sauce already congealed, sides soaked in grease because they’ve cooled.
If I wanted to eat cold food, I’d get it to go and eat it at home.
This time the onion rings had onion skins in there.

I have not been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a long time. The first location I went to was in Orlando many years ago. What happened? The restaurant presented well, nice structure, bright signs, lots of TVs. Everything else was really off. Before 8pm someone was vacuuming the dining room. We waited a few minutes for a table. I ordered bone in wings and a Patty melt. The wings were undercooked, old and cold. The beef patty was overcooked and the bacon was burnt on the sandwich. The French fries were old, cold and dry. The celery, carrots and sauce looked and tasted great. The food even looked great when it arrived, then I started to eat. I started with a wing, nope, bite of patty melt, nope, finally the fries, zero for three. I asked for a box to take some items home. I just left them on the table. I wanted a half and half tea and they could not make it because the restaurant was out of sweet tea. The table was never cleaned or bussed. The service was slow but the server was friendly and nice. This did not seem like a one off or a bad night. I bet this is just the new standard. If you want wings I would try someplace else.

Great waitress, All you can eat wings were really flavorful.
I had Lemon pepper wet, Caribbean jerk, Teriyaki, Asian zest. Everything was good.
I didn’t care for my fries because it was a bit cold.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere.
I was excited about trivia night. Even though I couldn’t answer most. It was still fun. There were 10 of us and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Horrible experience wings over cooked, my daughter ordered onion rings they sent her French Fries. I ordered mozzarella sticks they forgot to bring them with my meal. I spoke to the Manager about it and he just stared at me and walked away. Can’t make it up. Restaurant was run by kids thats where the problem starts. Will never eat there again. Emailed the company Noone even called me or emailed me back. BAD BAD BAD business

I love BWW but this one is awful. While we waited to be seated today, a Saturday afternoon, we noticed there were no employees on the floor. A lady came out of the back, grabbed two menus, didn’t ask how many people we had and walked us to a booth. She threw the menus on the table and walked away before we ever sat down. A super nice pregnant lady helped us get our oder in then her shift was over. No employees again, our food came and a blonde girl brought it over and sat it down. No words. Just walked off. Then the first lady, brown ponytail, walks by several times and never asks how we are doing. We watched our new waitress on her cell phone so we walked to the bar to ask if we could pay. He went to get the waitress and she was confused. Finally found someone to get our bill and we never saw anyone again. This was a very disappointing experience and I can see why it’s empty on a busy Saturday afternoon. We will never go back to this location.

We waited about 45 minutes for our food. Our son’s meal came out first, my husband’s wings came out cold, and my meal never arrived at all. Because of the long wait and incomplete service, we asked if we could get the food to go.
When it was time to pay, the server mentioned a small discount. We calmly asked whether we should be expected to pay given that one meal never arrived and another was cold. Instead of a manager handling the situation, a cook came out by the name of shamara and told us that if we didn’t want to pay, we were not allowed to keep the food — and then physically removed it from our table in front of us and our child.
There was no attempt to resolve the issue professionally. The way this was handled felt humiliating and completely inappropriate. We’ve dined at Buffalo Wild Wings many times and have never experienced anything like this.

First time at this location The service in the bar area was great but unfortunately the boneless wings were not! Way overcooked and over sauced. Sauce flavors were just not good. Tasted like store bought bottled sauce
That being said The atmosphere is good for catching a game and beer prices were decent.

We went here to watch the NFL playoff games and sat in the bar area in front of the bar. The place was not overly busy and there were plenty of staff working. We waited 15 minutes and no one came to greet us. We went to find a server and he told us someone would be over shortly but he did nothing to tell anyone. We waited another 15 minutes (30 total) and still no one came so we left and told the manager what just happened. We went over to Oak and Stone and our server came immediately to wait on us and then 5-10 minutes later the manager came by and asked us if everything was ok. This restaurant needs new staff that care about customer service.

Ordered food at 4:30pm. Got to the store at 6:10pm. Food was still not ready. Waiting in the store till 7:45 and still had not received my to-go order. The only reason I stayed for over an hour is because I had already payed online over 50 dollars and I could not find anyone who worked there who would cancel my order. Now it’s almost a week later… still haven’t got my money back. Sent an email to corporate…. Almost a week later they still haven’t messaged me back. So I was held hostage for over an hour at this location. Now they’re holding my money hostage. What a joke.
Edit: finally got my update. Looks like it’s gonna be another 3-5 days lol. I got this automated A.I. response from corporate. Absolute master class on how to run a horrible business.

I’m not sure how long These Wings have to be sitting under a heat lamp to taste like this but it has to be 4 hours or more. Please don’t try to get away with serving wings like this it really sucks when you pay a premium.
