Seriously this place needs all new staff. Swearing while customers are ordering as well as while at the window. Then I get 4 cheese roll ups and none of them are cooked, barely any cheese on them. Food is soggy now. Employees smoking weed in plain view of the drive thru line. The phone number isn’t even correct.

Stayed in the drive threw for almost an hour. Only a few cars in front of us. Dont understand why it was so slow when they had a decent amount of people working. Worse taco bell around. I now see why so many cars left while waiting. The food also wasnt the best. ♀️

I will never go to this Location again. I asked to speak to a manger in the drive through because I got two side of rice for my children and both sides was literally nothing in there at all. I asked if this was a side of rice because it’s 2.50 and there nothing in these so I spend almost 6 dollars on nothing at. They take the rice and give me two different one and its the same amount as the other once that they had took back. I go this is ridiculous. A very rude lady not sure if she was a manager but very rude goes “ sorry that’s the side” I go give me a refund this isn’t acceptable. She gets the money out very aggressively and hands it to me and takes my rice back as well! Terrible terrible terrible. So I go down the street to the other Taco Bell and give me a normal side of rice. First picture is what this location gave me second one is other one location gave me . I get it’s only a side of rice but come on !!!!

Staff were very friendly and met the needs of the order, but tonight when I went there and got a supreme box the chalupa shell felt like I was eating a chip it was hard and crunchy and my beefy five layer was also of the same hard to bite and crunchy. The hard shell taco was the only thing that was supposed to be crunchy

Terrible staff. Only 3 cars in front if me when I got in the line at 7:20, and im still in line waiting for 2 items. When I pulled up to the speaker, no one answered for 4 minutes. Pull up to the window and see them just laughing and messing around. Worst taco bell location

So I stopped at this location on my way to work. The fact that I had to wait on this pathetic chalupa really pissed me off. It looks as if it was placed in the grease for 2 seconds and taken back out and the chicken seemed like shredded chicken. It was absolutely gross and a waste of money, that I would actually like back. I wasn’t provided a receipt so I can’t even do the survey. This is so unacceptable.

I placed an online order at 9:08pm, got in line around 9:15 and waited until 9:50pm for my food. It takes effort to be this bad at pumping out fast food. I only had 3 items and the people in front of me had barely anything as well.

I’ve given this taco bell the last benefit of the doubt. I said to myself 5 times in a row, if this time is as bad as last I’m not going again. I’ve finally given up… very poor quality food, go to a different one… staff is normally really nice though… edit: this is a chalupa no tomato or sour cream 10 times after my initial post and I kept trying to give them a chance… just go to a different taco bell, you’ll be happy you did

I’ve been going to this location for years. However, every time I have stopped at this location for breakfast on the morning over the last 3 months, I’d say around 8:45 AM, I get yelled at by this woman who I’m lassuming is the manager, that they don’t open until 10. Why do the hours say 7AM, when did it change? And why does she feel the need to yell at people about it? I feel like the food here is always awful. Some of the people that have worked here have been nice, but they don’t last. Probably because of whoever that lady is. Done going here.
