The onion rings were fishy, the hush puppies tasted old but were hot which leads me to believe they dipped the old hush puppies back in the oil. The lettuce and jalapeños in the burger were old as well. All around not very good. At least the bottled water was good.

I went there yesterday 1/5/26 I was greeted by the best cashier his name is carson!!! I have dyslexia and he guided me through the whole menu , and took his time helping me for about 15 minutes!!! He is a saint he also helped me with my food and walked with me to my table and made sure I was OK, 10/10 service you need more workers like him theses days

Went to a Cookout for the first time. While it is better than a McDonald’s or Burger King that was primarily during to their milkshakes. I ordered a burger with fries and onion rings. I would rank the fries one, burger two and onion rings three. My daughter enjoyed her chicken nuggets and my son his burger. While there isn’t a Cookout up in the New England area if I ran across one during my travels I would stop in again.

Quick and friendly service was present here. Good food as always, and unique boxes as opposed to the Styrofoam boxes you’ll find at other locations. The food tasted fresh and was as good as you can always expect from a Cookout location. Service was quick and the dining area was clean and well kept. Stop here for lunch or for dinner and you’ll be out with your food in no time if you don’t choose to dine in.

This was my first time trying Cookout and I enjoyed the food and the vibes. They have an extensive menu and 40+ milkshake flavors. The prices are also very reasonable. My only complaint is the service could have been better and when I came in there was an old couple that were complaining about their food and held up the line.

Food was not good. It’s hard to beat for value but paying a bit more for a better experience is a smarter idea.
The bun was stale and dry, the amount of lettuce and onions in the burger was too small, and the fries weren’t crispy. Temperature inside the restaurant was very cold.

This is not fine dining. But the food is better than I would have guessed. You aren’t just settling.
I usually get the big burger, and it is as good or better than any other fast food burger. The fried cheese curds and hush puppies are great. And the combination of sides and entrees are unmatched.
