You know, some Arby’s locations are fine, this one… beef was cool and fries were bitter. I went back up to the counter to get a warm sandwich and fresh fries. It’s obvious the workers could not help. **Do better mgmt.**

So this was a fist time for me. Arby’s does have the meats. The person taking the order was nervous as they stated they were new. When we got the food, they forgot a full meal but the person behind the counter fixed the issue right away. The food had been made they just missed putting it in the bag. Well at this particular Arby’s. We werel on a date, we ordered our food they told us go have a seat they would bring it out well we were sitting there talking and the time just was passing by no one ever brought our food he got up and went to get our food they forgot it/us they didn’t even have our food made then they made his but not mine it was I guess an unforgivable unforgettable date.

normally I love this location but this most recent experience was awful. not only did I have to explain to the cashier 5 times what I was trying to order but then the manager came over and I explained to her what I was trying to get. I asked for a simple beef & CHEDDAR about 4 times. she asked if I wanted it with cheese & I once again answered yes. she said the order back to me and it was right. when I get home and open the bag, I’m presented with the driest sandwich I’ve had in a long time…. no cheese whatsoever.
Edited to say that yes, I should have opened the bag and checked before I left the restaurant but after having my order confirmed several times by management, I only assumed it was right & trusted what they were saying. Will definitely be checking from here on out.

I don’t have an Arby’s anywhere nearby. So when I was on a business trip to Starke, I decided after craving Arby’s for a month that I was going to stop and have Arby’s for lunch. Glad I did. The food was great.

Visited this location after a hiatus and I must say the nailed it. Ben provided phenomenal service and the food was hot & fresh. We received our order correctly and enjoyed a nice dinner. Thank you for raising the bar, I will definitely add this back to the places we can eat in Starke, its a short list and LOVE that I can add Arbys back.
