Carol was a very nice associate. Very professional and took the time to put my order in accurately. The cook made my order accurately. The nuggets were a bit chewy. The freestyle actually works. However I had issues with the MANAGER on duty on 08/08/25 who was very short with me, wouldn’t smile and grabbed me a pack of mayo so fast. To get a 5 star review from me you need to teach your managers to improve their customer service and make sure the nuggets are all the way cooked.

This Wendy’s seriously gets our order wrong every single time extremely unreliable we accidentally door dashed from this Wendy’s instead of west bypass. They always miss things this time around we literally ordered 3 medium biggie bags and all 3 came without their medium fries and 2 of the spicy nuggets were literally half spicy and half normal and they won’t fix their mistake and door dash only offered a refund when we just wanted our food. Extremely dissatisfied with Kearney Wendy’s.

Manager which was a black women think an employee said her name was T, was yelling almost screaming at her employee. Then when I said something she told me my order wasn’t there must be a different store n turned away. Yelling at her employee again i had to bring up my receipt n a different person waited on me. I am not a Karen, I am 9 months pregnant as to why this bothered me so much. I have never left a fast food place crying before until tonight.
10/10/25 around 8pm (you can even check camera to verify), there was no one in line, and only people in the parking lot doing route 66…as soon as the worker said something about ordering, a different worker started screaming and I couldnt hear anything, I asked to repeat again and for the second time, the background and whole mic was filled with screaming and all she coukd say was “I have a full staff”.
So I drove around the corner and they were standing at the window waving at me, flipping me off and staring at me and sp I left. I called the store to asked for the GM name, he told me Bill and hung up.
I am beyond confused as to what happened, amd why apparently they feel the need to bully people and think its funny. I had my 2 toddlers with me that saw that as well, I hope something actually gets addressed by this. Thank you.

Nothing feels better than getting home after a day of work. Stopping and getting Wendy’s. Head home so you can enjoy your Wendy’s. And opening up the wrap to something that you didn’t order.

Can’t go wrong with Wendy’s. I was craving one of their yummy frosties. So I stopped in and grabbed one to go. Service was pretty quick, and food was okay. The hamburger I ordered was look like it was thrown together and very chintzy but my daughter loved her food so that’s all that really matters

I just ordered a breakfast sandwich and it’s SO BAD I’m throwing it away, it’s dripping in grease, the cheese is unmelted, the egg isn’t cooked through, and it’s COLD. Can’t you all EVEN MICROWAVE IT A FEW SECONDS? Come on, y’all and you think you deserve an entire $25/hour? For what?

I delivered to this place and the back area was always disgusting. I saw a roach on their food prep table. For 2 weeks they had standing water in the back area because of a draining issue. The floor is always covered in grease making it like a skating rink. I would personally never eat their food even if they offered it to me for free.

Their bathroom has poop covered toilet paper and their drink backslash was covered in dried soda. The food was fine. I don’t expect much from a Wendy’s employees, but the girl who took my order could not have overstated her distain.
