Super dissatisfied, paid 27 dollars for the 2 of the tiniest cups of soup they claimed to be a bowl, small cheese fries and a sandwich
Called to tell them about the small cup and she goes “yea, I remember that order I know I packed bowls not cups” I asked how big cups are cause that’s what I thought I got and she said 6 oz which is exactly the size I got! Super rude. Then my boyfriend didn’t like the soggy under cooked fries and sandwich tasted off.. and me and my daughter barely got any soup. Super huge disappointment.. I remember when I really liked this place. Wouldn’t come back simply for the service though.. maybe one bad egg idk.
Also told us a 10 min wait to pick up
Got there after 15 mins and still had to wait around
When I called originally no one answered so I had to wait an hr to get a rude response
WONT be back. What a waste of money!!!

I moved right in the area and this place is my go to! The Geno is my absolute favorite and never disappoints!! I often stop in by myself and have a quick meal. Service is prompt and the pricing is reasonable. My only wish is they would go on DoorDash lol because I would be ordering but it’s okay, it forces me to stop in.

Me and my wife used to go here when we first started dating, decided to stop back in and it was worth it. The Chili cheese fries were exactly what we were looking for, the food is your standard coney food and it’s great. Tuna and Geno’s special had big portions and good flavor with crispy chicken, the atmosphere is lovely, good old fasioned diner feel with the ball game on. Staff is always incredibly friendly. If you’re in the mood for Coney Island this is the best you’ll find.

The customer service was amazing! But this salad is trifling. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. Please explore other options if you are craving a grilled chicken salad ! I don’t even want my money back- I’d rather throw it away and never return. Yuck.

Used to be a great place with good food and good service . Now it’s like you’re bothering them coming in to eat . 1 ham and cheese omelete with a coke 16 dollars . Good luck getting service the waitress acted like I was bothering her to even ask for a napkin. Will not be back ever .
