This was a DD ORDER- first time ordering from ballpark bites.. fries were cold by the time I got my order (which could’ve been here 15 min earlier if the driver hadn’t made another delivery before mine). I would suggest wrapping the fries in foil as well for delivery or take out orders.
New York Steakhouse Sandwich was hot but not made as advertised on the app. the pic shows the sandwich on a pretzel bun which is the only reason I choose this restaurant because it’s different from other places that offer these types of sandwiches and dogs. so I’m very disappointed that it arrived on a regular roll. the roll was soggy on one side, the steak was overcooked. ALSO, there was only ONE onion ring on the sandwich, when the description said “fried onions”, plural. so even though I have it 3 stars, more like a 2.5. If your pictures show one thing then you need to make sure that’s what you’re giving your customers or you are falsely advertising to pull customers in. I love supporting Mom and pop businesses but I’m not likely to go back here.
