The food was good and fresh. Ordered pick up, no issues other than the floor being dangerously slippery from the door to the registers. I reported it to the young lady that handed me the bag. She seemed completely unphased. Hopefully they cleaned it up.

First time coming to this Wendy’s and it was a pleasant experience. Our cashier was Zuri, extremely helpful and polite! We came in to order the new Fuego Meal and everything was cooked fresh and fast. Will definitely be coming back!

Ordered a 6 piece spicy nugget, I got a 5 piece with 3 regular nuggets (fresher) and 2 spicy (old and rubbery). Drive through service was fast but the only communication was order taking and repeating my total at the window. No hello thank you or repeating of my order before running my card.
Handed food out the window without even looking at me. I said thank you and got no response. Bag is super greasy. Disappointed people can own and run restaurants like this with no backlash. More disappointing that it’s in a busy area and they could really do better if they actually took care of the restaurant and got respectful staff.

The whole place was dirty. Trash everywhere and manager couldn’t care less. Food was cold and when I asked the manager if I could get a freah burger, she had an attitude. Need to get rid of that manager ASAP. Do better.

I went to this wendys to try it out because the one on Peter’s creeks suckss!! This is definitely better I would’ve gave a 5 star rating all around BUT I had a buy one get one coupon so I ordered one spicy chicken sandwich and a 10pc nugget and a medium fry. The chicken nuggets were GREAT and the fries were GREAT very fresh and hot. The spicy chicken sandwich was HORRIBLE it wasn’t cooked all the way the outside looked done but when I took a bite I about threw up it had that not done texture. I will be going back at some point and next time I’ll be asking that my chicken cook longer.

In a pinch with time today, decided I would grab some Wendy’s as a convenience and a little treat. Ordered the 2 JBC combo with no mayo.
Both sandwiches are dripping with mayo, and on one there isn’t even a beef patty.
Drove back to try and get it corrected, and not only was the second order still wrong, but the manager or whichever lady helped me was combative and argumentative.
For $8 I could have sat down at Pancho Villas and been waited on. I wont make this mistake again.

Service was much better than the last time I was there. They don’t season their burgers. I always ask for salt and pepper because they apparently don’t have time to use them in the kitchen.

Ordered a bacontor meal. Burger and fries were basically cold. Not to mention my baconator didn’t have any bacon on it…. They even had me pull forward and wait by the door for my meal like they had to make it fresh
