They have decent food and it’s pretty much always hot and fresh. But one thing I absolutely cringed about when I was waiting for my food I witnessed a manager Stick his finger in his ear and dug around and right after that he started scooping french fries for customers without even washing his hands or doing anything. That was absolutely disgusting and I can only imagine what else goes on. Also none of the females have hair nets on their hair is just swinging around everywhere in a ponytail. They should be made to have hair nets even with wearing a hat.

If you work early in the morning and need quick food, don’t go here. You’ll show up 10-20 minutes after they’re supposed to be open and receive no response for several minutes before you decide to just leave and go to Sheetz.

The last 3x we’ve gone here they have messed up our order and left items out. Each time, they have told us we have to drive back to the restaurant to get a refund for the items they didn’t give us. This time, we refused because the missing item (kids meal) was paid for via points, but between them leaving out an item yet again (and the burgers we did get being wrong), we won’t be going back to this location.
The daytime crew is usually great, but this last mess up was the last straw for me. I’d rather spend a little more and go to Twin Kiss and know I’ll get the food I ordered.

Horrible experience. I waited over 20 minutes just to be handed drinks, then was told to pull around and it would be “2 more minutes.” Ten minutes later, I finally received my food. Over 30 minutes total wait for chicken nuggets — and to make it worse, no sauce was included even though I was charged for it. Completely unacceptable and honestly a joke.

Drive through. Ordered, paid and got my drink. Now I have to wait in a line that is wrapped around the building, not even standard protocols for any McDonald’s I have ever been at. I think they need better management that could organize in a more efficient manner to be prepared for high service times.
