This is my second and last visit here . Yesterday I went with group of friends and right from server till the food it had been unpleasant experience.We checked the online thingy which says the kids eat free but they happily denied it as they said it’s not valid in their location so we ordered bunch of burgers along with vanilla milk shake. The quality of milk shake was so degraded that it was extremely sweet for the kid to have it and even after repeated comments on it , server mentioned they will provide something else in place of it and after few minutes her manager denied that request as well. The customer feedback is not taken in account and the way server behaved was unimaginable. We are never visiting this location again where customer feedback is not considered and specially the kids one.

Great dining experience here! We had brunch with five people and the staff were awesome!! Food was prepared quickly and was hot and delicious. Maybe it’s just the Christmas atmosphere, but everyone was in a great mood including every customer I watched going in and out the door.

We went in for an afternoon brunch. When we arrived, it was a little bit busy, but that was kind of expected for Saturday. We got sat right away in a booth and we were greeted by her server. Everything started pretty nicely. I think the best part for me is that they allow you to keep the whole container of coffee. If you do order one, which as a coffee lover is glorious.
We both ordered omelets. My husband had Colorado and I order the steak omelet, but I thought it was kind of weird that when I asked for certain things not to be on the inside and be put on the side, it was not accommodated.
I was charged as an extra item instead of an individual item, that was already part of my meal.
It was delicious but our server never got us water as we waited and waited for her to return. And she never returned. I eventually had to get up and walk to the kitchen and ask one of the servers there to water to my table.
That’s obviously when the service went down, the food is pretty consistent. So I am always going to be an IHOP fan, but the service is never the best but it’s a hit-and-miss in service

This iHop has deteriorated as years gone by. Not the quality and experience when I was taking my kids to IHop years ago. Fast forward and we are here with our 5 yr old granddaughter. Food was mediocre but not bad. Service manager was attentive and genuinely concerned everything was OK..she saved our experience as the waitress did not present a friendly manner(hope it’s not her regular demeanor)..the 55+ menu is 50% less food at a 40% reduction in price..eg breakfast sampler 19.99 > 11.99

The wait staff is wonderful but the kitchen needs to be better managed. Guests who arrived after my table were served long before we were. Our food didn’t come out around the same time leaving some guests waiting too long while others were almost done. The food was bland. When speaking with management, she needlessly blamed our server/waiter instead of taking full responsibility and realizing that the restaurant operations are simply subpar. I won’t return.

The waiter that had greeted us was extremely nice. We not only got our food in less than 10 minutes, but the food was delicious and fresh. A perfect experience.

O stars. They got roaches yall. My favorite place. Ive been going there forever. Since they changed supervisors, they went downhill but i kept going. Unfortunately, that came to an end when there was a roach on my plate. They need to close and call an externiantor and then reopen. Thats all im asking for. I have a video as well if yall think im lying. It did not give me option to put picture up for this review.

The guy in the front writing down the names for the wait list, skipped us. Everyone who got there after us, where called. We finally asked what was going on and they said, oh sorry we skipped you. Not going there again. He skipped another couple as well.

We went a group of Nannie’s with our babies between 18 months and 3yo and I ask for a table for 10 and the manager doesn’t want to allow us to seat until everyone was there, of course the kids started to play with the Christmas decorations and they were stressing a little and the manager continued saying we can’t seat until everyone was there. We were 7 at the restaurant and the others 3 were on their way. The manager were so rude and she said we can be seated because if someone ask for that table they have it available and the restaurant was not even at half capacity. Anyway never comeback to that location but I have to said the waitress was the best of the place. Very nice and patient with us. She was the best at that place. I don’t remember her name.
