Very very disappointed. We ordered onion soup and there was almost no cheese in it whatsoever and what was in. It did not melt in the.” Hot” Soup. I called and I asked for the manager, and the girl said she was the manager. I asked for her name and she proceeded to hang up on me.
I sincerely hope this gets seen by corporate, this was the Panera bread close to the target shopping center or Kohl’s on route 17 in Myrtle Beach
She asked if I had a receipt and I checked inside the bag and there was no receipt. It was eight dollars for a very small cup of soup. The price was bad enough, but the attitude of the manager was 10 times worse.

Placed an order online and it was incorrect. When I called they refused to give me credit for the incorrect order. They wanted me to drive 15mins back with food. Will bring in photos of the incorrect order.
Ordered cookies got some sort of chocolate pastry and asked for extra sunflower seeds in my soup and received none. Have receipt with what I ordered. Will be back in with receipt. Ask to speak with manager and was told there was told there wasn’t a general manager for the store only shift managers.

This location has continuously disappointed me to the point that I will no longer place an order. I ordered delivery through their site because I totaled my car. More often than not, my order was incorrect. Usually, I received some compensation, but the manager stopped communicating with me, and I didn’t receive anything; however, I continued to order. I ordered between 25-35 times and spent between $30-$40 each time.The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I placed an order, and the item wasn’t available. I was told I would receive a refund, but it has yet to arrive. I sent countless calls and sent numerous emails for a refund. I’m including pictures of the quality of the food I received.

Mediterranean sandwich used to be awesome. Twice now I received a sandwich that was virtually empty. Really skimping on the fresh vegetables in a VEGGIE sandwich. Huge disappointment more than once.

Very good variety of sandwiches , salads, soups, bread and pastries. It’s a pleasant place in which to eat, but a little chilly with strong A/C. Delicious varieties of teas, drinks and coffee. There have been some updates to the menu in recent months that are welcome. Restrooms are clean.

Received food that did not match what was requested or what they rang up. When I asked to have it corrected in good faith, they rudely told me there was nothing they would do and I’d have to ring up for the correct ingredients. When I received them, they were practically spoiled. My child with food allergies had a meltdown. Thanks Panera

Why is it that if you are paying for a 16 oz cup of coffee you get half a cup of coffee and half a cup of foam? I ask for no foam every time so I get what I pay for, but still I get half a cup of foam. If you measure your coffee to fill up only half way for a 16 oz cup, then don’t charge for a 16 oz cup because that is NOT what the customer gets. Offer a 12 oz option because that is what the customer gets. I told the person handling the making of the latte, and she said that is how it is served. That is one thing about Starbucks that differs from you. If you ask for no foam, they give you no foam and a full cup of coffee.
