Picked up a Dave’s single for lunch on January 28th around 2:30 pm. After eating half of this burger i noticed something odd.As I opened my burger all I seen was raw meat!! Literally raw! I took a picture to post on here but for some “odd” reason Wendys wont let us post a picture? Needless to say i was up all night using the bathroom. Everyone working yesterday should be fired! This is totally unacceptable!!!!! I have never had anything like this happen to me at a drive through. Discussing!!

On November 14, 2025, I entered the dining area and ordered a #2 Baconator with one pattie. I was charged 10.29. This is despite the fact that the Son of Baconator is 9.89 and LITERALLY THE SAME ITEM AS A BACONATOR WITH ONE PATTIE.
On another day, a young miss named Trinity served me. We had a minor back and forth with no aggression or hatred on the contents of the order and moved on once the order was done. While I was waiting, she served a gentleman his frostie and he walked out the door. The manager than came up to her, the same order of frostie in hand, asked where he want, and made an offhanded comment about how god gave her a mouth and better use it to communicate.
As an Assistant Manager of a retail establishment, this is NOT how you treat new employees. I will not be supporting this shame of an establishment any longer.

First of all my order included 7 , 4 piece nuggets. I only received 3. Then my every single sandwich had damn near a whole jar of mayo . The sandwiches were thrown in the bag not even wrapped. The food was cold on top of all that . I will never ever ever as long as I live go back to this Wendy’s. If I’m starving to death and about to die in their parking lot just let me go be with the Lord .

I did a drive-thru order for breakfast. The only complaint I have is that the food was semi-cold. I ate it immediately but I assume it had been sitting there for a little bit. Still delicious and I will still go back.

Went to Wendys drive thru today Saturday Oct. 4th at about 1:00pm to get my three kids a kids meal. My daughter changed her mind about wanting a cheeseburger instead of chicken nuggets and when asked for a change she stated that our kids meals were already made. I then asked to add the cheeseburger on and she closed the window while I was trying to explain that my daughter changed her mind and that I was sorry. She then got mad at the card reader. Not a pleasant atmosphere at all. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. At least the food was decent

They got my order entirely wrong. I had to get my kid to school so I had no time to fix it. I wouldn’t complain but all fast food restaurants in Taylorsville have the same issue of accuracy. Drive thru is always worse. This is a job a high school student can easily do, it’s not complicated.

On Sept 4 2025 at 12:28am the female manager on duty blatantly lied to us and stated that she could not make a frosty at this time and never has them after 12am, when the actual issue was that she was being lazy and did not want to clean the frosty machine again so that she could leave as soon as her shift ended instead of performing shutdown and cleanup procedures after business hours as the franchise intends for employees to do, she has terrible customer service and refused to give her name and took her name tag off. I will be calling the franchise owner and reporting this incident however petty it may be, I frequently visit this establishment around this time and have purchased a frosty without incident on multiple occasions, this is the first time iv dealt with shear laziness and lies. The rest of the team are great and I have never had an issue with any of them.

I had a good experience having my first breakfast here yesterday. I don’t eat at Wendys often due to never getting a fresh burger, so I normally just get the cheap jr bacon combo when I do come in. Spent the extra money $11 for a single combo. Won’t do that again. It wasn’t fresh, not hot, and overcooked whenever it was originally made. Don’t advertise “fresh” if you don’t cook it to order.
