Every time I visit this location, the interior is always dirty. And the staff can’t ever get the orders and drive-through right every time I order something something is wrong. They don’t put sauces in the bag when you pay for them especially barbecue sauce. They act like it’s a precious commodity and don’t check tickets when they put them in the bag. As if they have to pay for them out of their own pocket when I pay for them on the orders that I place Overall, I will probably never eat at this location again. I have given them several opportunities, and they have managed to miserably fail at every given opportunity.

Do not trust this McDonalds to honor their mobile orders, I ordered a breakfast at 10:23 and prepaid for our orders of 5 apple pies and two sausage egg McMuffins, for one when we arrived at the drive thru the person ahead of us took longer than 3 mins to order so by the time we got to talking to the operator it was 10:32, the employee stated because it was 10:32 they couldn’t select our order, which means for one they hadn’t even made it, and also they stated they didn’t have 5 apple pies ready even though it was 10 mins since i ordered them, they only had strawberry pies at this point was severely disappointed and I asked to speak to the manager who i believe was the GM who was extremely condescending and they also had said even though I had PREPAID and ordered way before 10:30 they couldn’t honor our order because i wasn’t there at 10:30 on the dot and my question is why wasn’t the order made beforehand since it was prepaid if thats so what’s worse a mobile order of 2 McMuffins that you can see at 10:25 or someone coming in at 10:30 on the dot and ordering 20 breakfast sandwiches, and 10 hotcakes. Its clear that management needs to get their priorities straight, especially the GM. Also this was also sent to corporate as well.

only gave a 1 star because I had to. just about every time I have been there they either don’t have something or machine not working. but today 8 am there were NO thawed out muffins for egg McMuffin. one of your best sellers. how do you stay in business. someone needs to be fired. NEVER AGAIN!

Okay, make a note to self. Horrible to say the least. We stopped going to this McDonald’s over 3 years ago. Decided to stop in and get A couple quarter pounders, fish sandwich. It’s disgusting to open the bag and begin to look at the sandwiches. A dab of tartar sauce and a fish sandwich which apparently has been reduced to a sliver of fish. We’re done McDonald’s other than their fries they suck will not be putting any more money into this franchise. Ask for fresh just hoping for a decent meal. So disappointed ☹️

At 10pm this Mc Donalds is significantly understaffed, long very, very slow line in drive through. I even saw some customers pull out of the line and leave.Ordered a snack wrap meal, a ranch and a hot honey plus two milk shakes. After leaving discovered that the second snack wrap was also hot honey, the person with me does NOT eat spicy food thus the snack wrap was disposed of, overworked staff(and underpaid), messed up the order despite it being correct prior to payment.

At this point when it comes to the quality of food this 3 star will never change. Overall stars either a 4 or 2 will rely on the difference within the staff, environment and if the ice cream machine works. This location is among the best, even when busy you can feel the teamwork and momentum just by standing inside. Very clean and the staff comes out to make sure your enjoying your ice cream.

Drive through person in the morning shift for 6am does not suggestive sell anything and always when you are trying to ord we r ask is that all. The second window person early in the morning when giving your food never repeats the ticket nor say good morning nothing.

The customer service at this location is the worst I’ve experienced. From employees refusing to help, refusing to take my order in person, help, etc.
I leave frustrated each time not to mention it seems to be a new incompetent manager each time.

Super nice lady working. Have never been to a 24 hr one and appreciated the convenience at 4:26 in the morning. I gladly had a five minute wait with nobody in line because I knew she was making the food fresh. I hope nobody would expect fast service in the middle of the night. The coffee was a tad bitter and disappointed I couldn’t use my coupon code because I got the five dollar meal and hash brown deal of buy one get one for $1. Kinda bummed to pay $20 for 2 breakfast meals, one a $5 one

First, they messed up the order even though I repeated it several times. Then they asked me to wait in pick up spot 1, pull around and some one is already in spot 1. I finally got tired of waiting and so went in, my food was sitting on the counter getting cold because no one had time to take out to me. They charged me $.40 for extra tarter sauce on the fish sandwich and I get home to find a spot of tarter sauce about the size of a dime. I stopped going to McDonald’s years ago because the food wasn’t that good and the service was worse…guess nothings changed…
