I wish to report an unacceptable service experience and extremely poor attitude from an employee at the drive-thru window.
My order included a beverage for which I specifically requested light ice. At the first window, the employee was courteous and informed me that I would receive my receipt and order at the second window.
Upon reaching the second window, the female employee handed me my drink. I politely reminded her that the order was for light ice as the cup appeared to be heavily filled with ice. The employee responded with an elevated and confrontational tone, stating, “It is light ice,” before abruptly shutting the window and walking away from the station.
I attempted to seek assistance from another visible employee to correct the beverage. However, the initial employee returned, snatched the cup from the other worker, forcefully pushed the original drink back through the window toward me, and immediately shut the window again.
This interaction constitutes rude and unprofessional conduct, a failure to correct a clear order error, and a complete disregard for customer service. Due to this extremely negative experience, I will no longer patronize this establishment. I request that this matter be reviewed and appropriate corrective action be taken regarding the employee’s behavior and customer interaction training.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I ate here around noon so I thought there’d be a longer wait but, I was able to order quickly. Inside wasn’t as busy as the drive thru. I received my food in a timely manner. Best location I’ve been in the Chattanooga area.

a employee got on the speaker and cussed at us and treated us terribly all because we had a big order. on a late night. all we wanted was some good food. Service by the woman taking our order was amazing but the guy got on there and cussed all of us out.

UPDATE: Tried calling to the store to complain about it. got ignored 3 times. They answered once. and then hung up on me. all the fries were cold and stale. all the sandwhichs were burnt and cold. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. Take the time to drive to a different one. itll be a better experience.

I don’t understand why I put a mobile order in and choose drive thru, get up to the mic just for them to tell me I gotta go inside. I put in for the drive thru for a reason. My job is time sensitive I don’t have time to go inside and wait another 10 minutes for my food when I can just go down the street and get Taco Bell in 3 minutes.

One of the rudest drive-through experiences I’ve ever had. Continually interrupting me being short and brash, Just to get stale food, and my sandwich made wrong. I hate that this is the only fast food spot by my work.

It isn’t often you run into a Polly Mitchell. This Wendy’s has the most gracious employees. Polly on the front makes each customer feel very special. All the employees I encountered were equally friendly and easy to talk with. My order was accurate, and made easy by this skilled and awesome staff. Wendy’s, you have a jewel working for you.

Waited in a long line for them to get my order wrong. After getting the correct order I check my burger before leaving the parking lot and find a BUG ON MY BURGER!!! I pulled back around to the window to let the manager know. The manager named DEE came to the window and says “That’s not a bug that’s part of the burger” really??? It clearly has legs!! It’s clearly a bug!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! What if I would’ve gave this to my kid?? What if I didn’t check it??? For the manager DEE don’t ever fix your mouth to tell a customer they’re wrong about something that’s obvious! Maybe a simple apology would’ve been better! By the way I did contact the local HEALTH DEPARTMENT! DO NOT EAT HERE!!
