Wasn’t going to say anything but I’m pretty displeased. I got 3 milkshakes and a cheese stick. I was told they didn’t have any pennys so my change would be 3 cents short. Personally I think that is when they should have given me a nickel and I would have gotten what? 2 cents off but no I had to eat the 3 Pennys, which like I said, whatever, I wasn’t going to ruin someone’s day over 3 cents. Then I get not even 200 feet from the store and the lid isn’t even on my son’s milkshake and it gets allllllll over him!!! Very disappointed in my experience!!!!

It’s fast food. It’s local. And it’s open till 12 AM unlike most places. What more can you ask for in a Fast Food place. Especially one you don’t even have to leave your car for? The food is of good quality and the staff is particularly friendly. A win win wouldn’t you say?
The workers here are REALLY good at getting to know the regulars. I should know. They know me for two things here. My drive thru character voices and being Super Mario. Anyways…Dimmy’s giving this 5 stars outta 5!
EDIT: 3 consecutive times, I have gone to this Sonic. I’ve ordered the same thing. Single Cheeseburger, only ketchup. Large Fry. Large Diet Coke. 3 times now, I’ve gotten a dry or over cooked patty. Buns that are burnt or dry leading me to throw the burger away. If I have to ASK for you to remake it, you’re getting no mercy when I review your establishment. Today on 2/27/24, I walked all the way from Allendale Falls just to get here and get an overcook burger. It was around 8 AM. YOU DIDN’T HAVE THAT MUCH BUSINESS! The last three times I’ve gotten this service, I’ve been using up a $50 Birthday Gift Card I can never be refunded or get back. Seriously, why does EVERY food establishment look at dry crusty food and think it’s okay. Would you feed that to your family. If the answer is yes, you’re a terrible person. If the answer is no, then don’t freaking serve it to the customers who give you a paycheck! I’m revising my score to 1 out of 5 stars.

I go for the BLT add extra bacon, with a Dr. Pepper add some vanilla, and a cookie dough blast. The staff members are always very nice and polite and have your food ready very quickly. Keep up the good work

Placed a very simple order that took 20 minutes to be brought out. Then it was brought out to the wrong car. Another 10 minutes I received my order and it was cold. Didn’t offer a discount or refund. How is this place still in business?

Waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks and a side order of cheddar peppers. Watched several cars order bags of food and shakes and leave before we got our drinks. When I called the store to check in on our order, the manager said “I’m in the middle of shift change.” She brought out our order right after and shoved the drink in my face. Said “your food just got put up” in the expo window. However the cheddar peppers were lukewarm. Very rude.

I mean really?? Ordered a chicken tender wrap and this is what I recieved. It’s not even a 1/4 of a piece of a chicken tender. Whoever made this knew for a fact this wasn’t right and still sent it anyway. Absolutely ridiculous.

We went today around 3:30 and I received extremely old food. I got the tender tray with the tots. The tenders were disgusting. I’m sorry to be that way bc I love sonic and I know how it is to work fast food but they literally tasted like old grease. They were visibly brown and old as soon as I opened the box so I don’t know why the employees there even thought that was acceptable to serve. I get being in a rush because they seemed to be very busy but there is timers on the food that are supposed be followed for a reason. I should’ve asked for a remake but we had already left so it wasn’t worth it to turn around, go back, and wait 5-10 minutes on food again.

Wait times have gotten increasing worse in the last month. I just had to abandon my car there because I had cold groceries in my car and it took 30 minutes for them to bring my food and by then there was a line of cars wrapping around the building keeping me from being able to leave. Absurd. So mad.

I just received the absolute worst experience of service from any sonic! And on top of that the food is garbage. I literally waited an hour for a small order. I will never go back!!
