A decent Panda Express in Bristol, TN
Came for a quick lunch right about noonand it was good overall.
The food was stocked and they weren’t too busy so the line went quickly.
Service was good and dining room was clean.
The prices are outrageous l, but that’s most places these days.

Me and my husband came here about a month ago and had not great service and everything was wrong on our order. That’s the second time now that we’ve been to panda and didn’t have a great experience. We called the manager and let them know and she went ahead and replaced our meals and was very delightful and courteous and had great customer service. The food was fresh and nice and we just wanna say thank you so much and you redeemed yourself!! 🙂

I love Panda Express, my family and I go there almost every day for dinner. It is in the Bristol branch that the staff is very friendly and with a sense of humor. Very tasty food and reasonable prices.
Convenient parking lot.
The only one thing I don’t like is that there is no diaper-changing station in the restroom. My daughter is 1 year old and if suddenly she does her business we have to change the diaper in the car. They have a big restroom with only one toilet. I think other mommas like me would LOVE this restaurant more if they put the diaper-changing station in the restroom.♡ Otherwise, everything is great .

Shocked to our surprise because this usually doesn’t happen at Panda, Our rice was hard and clunked together and in big chunks. Absolutely terrible. Our entrees were not fresh. The one in Kingsport is a lot better. We wont be going back to this one. Visited on March 19. 2022. Food quality not good on this visit.

Unimpressed and left hungry. They were sold out of white rice at 2 o’clock, was given a globby piece of chicken, ordered chicken egg rolls, but by the time I got to the window they were “stolen” by an employee for another customers meal and I would have to wait 10 minutes so I was given soggy, bland spring rolls. Then they hit me up for charity donation. Yeah. No! Don’t waste your time or money .

It’s just not worth your time. The food isn’t great and God forbid you order the Beijing beef because apparently they never have any and it takes at least 10 minutes to make. Just take it from me and go somewhere relatively authentic. It won’t be MORE expensive and it’ll taste way better
