I don’t even know where to begin. The speaker at the drive-thru is horrible. You can’t understand a word, the person on the other end says to you. My main issue was the food. If it would let me post a picture of what I got I would. Everything tasted like it was burnt or that the grill hadn’t been cleaned in, who knows when. My wrapped food had many pieces of burnt scraps wrapped up with it like it was scraped straight off the grill into my food. In the end I ended up having to throw everything away. The chicken wraps that I ordered were completely falling apart or torn wide open as well as burnt. I ordered a unsweet tea and got an ultra sweet tea. The Cajun sandwich I ordered was soggy and the chicken was a quarter of what the bun size was no exaggeration and burnt. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever gotten in my life. I got the cookout style burger and it was 10/10! I’m hooked! I’ll definitely come back here. Who would have thought chili and cole slaw on a juicy seasoned burger would be so delicious!

Not the best cookout style burger I’ve had bit it was still pretty good. It needed more chili and slaw. Shake was nice and thick. Walk up window or drive thru only. Seating outside. No restrooms.

As you know it is drive thru. They have outdoor seating. Too cold from that today but the food is always fresh and hot! Onion rings are the best for fast food I have had.

Only issue I always have is there drive thru microphone is horrible, you can barely understand what they’re saying, I usually havecto ask them several times what they said. Everything else was exceptional.

I love Cookout Food but I must give you feedback when it’s not right!
Today my I purchased 2 BBQ plates. Hushpuppied hard as a rock because they were cooked twice! Coleslaw, look at the pictures the cup is tiny already and only half full. Delicious Coleslaw but get real only 2 bites! Good amount of meat and fries no complaint!!! Do not allow employees to recook hushpuppies and please fill that tiny Coleslaw cup!!!!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a chocolate malt. It tasted like vanilla and no trace of malt. There was also pieces of Styrofoam in the shake. 11Feb202. For sure the worst service I’ve ever had at a Cook out.
