Ok please avoid this location if you want good food and good customer service. Just left this place at 7:49PM. The only fresh item in my bag was the fries. Everything else,my burger felt a like a rock rock and was clearly abused before reaching me. Honestly it looked stepped on! You can tell if chicken fries are fresh by the smell before you open the box. I should’ve known they gave me 2 hour old soft chicken fries. Definitely did not meet basic quality standards I am upset after being snowed in for 4 days to run into the chick thats clearly management,she sucks truly!
Her customer service was just as disappointing. At the second window, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no “here are your drinks” just silence. While at the back window, young dude cursing, like eww young man smh unacceptable in a customer-facing environment should’ve left then.
To make matters worse, I was told the system was “messed up” and no receipt could be printed, with no alternative proof of purchase offered smh
This location in Grand Prairie has consistently provided poor service, and this visit confirmed that it’s a management and culture issue, not a one-time mistake.

This lady is horrible . I asked for a 8 piece mozz stick fresh then she gives it to me not fresh then I go back around ask for it fresh and she get mad take it then tell me to wait so I go inside to wait for it and she got mad and told me she not serving me which makes no sense then I repeatedly got yelled at and cussed at and she was threatening to fight me over mozz sticks that takes 2 mins to make !! She’s so horrible!! And I will never come back to this location in my life !!!!!

Staff was slow getting orders out at time when is not really busy, but mostly because they are understaffed… I can’t imagine when is busy in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant.

Waited over 25 minutes for chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich. But I didn’t mind because Denny the General Manager was working really hard to get orders out through the drive-through and front of the store, so I understood the pressure he had. He always had a smile and kept it under control as much as he possibly could.

Please get more employees. Store is severely understaffed and employees are underpaid!

Not all Burger King’s are equal, lol. This location consistently has nice fresh hot food. Breakfast is always our personal favorite there but lunch is equally good! I mean it’s Burger King so I know y’all know the menu so I won’t bother telling you all exactly what we order. Like I said – they’re consistently great. Have never received anything cold or stale

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and unfortunately, it’s not the first time at this location.

I sat in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes with zero acknowledgment. No greeting. No “please hold.” Nothing. I repeatedly said hello and was completely ignored. At that point, I drove around to the window to see what was going on.

Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the general manager wouldn’t even come to the window. She waved me off dismissively and said she couldn’t take my order because I had left the intercom. That is not how you treat customers, especially when the delay was on the store’s end to begin with.

I then went inside to calmly ask for clarification and request her name so I could leave feedback. She refused to give her name and wouldn’t provide any information on how to submit a complaint or review. That alone speaks volumes about the leadership and accountability at this location.

This behavior was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. A business that operates like this does not deserve the community’s support. This store clearly lacks proper leadership, training, and basic customer service standards. Corporate leadership needs to step in, because whatever is happening here is unacceptable.

I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to reconsider stopping here unless major changes are made.

I’m not usually a fan of Burger King but have to say this location was really really good!! The flavor was so much different from other locations, very tasteful! The service GREAT!! They were really nice and friendly. Helping out what the customer is missing, and clean also It’s a bit far from my area but definitely will be coming to this one ☝️ so worth it!!

The customer service was horrible. They messed up our order and refused to fix it. When we told them and asked for it to be fixed they ignored us and charged us for an extra drink and refused to give us our money back. Then charged us for a large fry and gave us a small fry and refused to fix it. They are very rude, the manager looked at us stupid when we asked her to fix it. Very poor customer service, worst I’ve ever seen. It’s like trying to talk to a bunch of kids.

I rarely have given a low review, but honestly come here for a fast bite and find the person at the register having an attitude not even making eye contact. I had the gastric bypass done and got a kids meal for the soft serve instead of the toy and they put the toy in my bag. I returned it because I didn’t want to take a toy from a kid. Gave it to her she rolled her eyes and literally threw it on the counter. People need to understand that providing customer service is part of the job. I dont know what is wrong with humanity. Very little spark and happiness. I will NEVER go back to this BK. So rude

The DP machine was empty which they didn’t warn us of and when we asked for a change on our ticket subtracting the drinks they were unable to do it because there was no manager present.
