Good place over all. The food was really good but the salad bar was lacking. There wasn’t a whole lot of toppings and dressings left and it wasn’t filled back up the whole time I was there. I sat with an empty cup most of my meal. It was only filled up one time. The place wasn’t that busy so not sure what was going on. Overall it was a pretty decent experience.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. My husband ordered a specialty drink and was told it was one price. Everyone at the table heard the waiter say what the up charge would be. We were good with that. When we got the bill, there was an additional charge on each drink besides the up charge. When we questioned the waiter about the extra charges, he lied about telling us the original up charge and stated he would go get the manager. She was absolutely no help and didn’t even offer to take the extra charges off that were added to our bill. In addition to this problem, they were completely out of draft beer and the food was not up to par. Why would anyone eat here? We will not return.

After years of wanting to try Ruby Tuesday, I did. I went at around 5:30pm and not only was it empty, the service was pretty slow. It took almost 20 minutes to get food and once here, it was…just okay. Not bad, but not all that great either. I came away quite disappointed as a result. My waitress was nice though.

Our soup was lukewarm, not very good when you order soup and it’s lukewarm. Our server Gabriel was good very nice and attentive but the best server you have here. ( Besides Bryan )when he was with his. but on his phone once or twice. Which is fine. ( But just putting that out there not complaining) will be back just keep the soup warmer please. thank you.

I would like to express the EXCELLENT JOB of our waiter DeAndre R (1756) on Tuesday evening, 2/17/2026. I would like to rate him a “10”. It was a birthday party of 35. He served all of us 99.9% by himself. He was professional, patient, efficient, polite, pleasant and very organized. He attended to ALL our needs! Mr. DeAndre can be my waiter anytime!

I don’t particularly care for this restaurant because I always find the food substandard but my friend wanted to eat here for Father’s Day. He ordered the salad bar only to find that there was no ham or any bacon available for his salad. We both had steaks that were to be cooked medium well. His was cooked fine, but mine was severely overcooked. I figured some A1 sauce would help but lo and behold they also were out of A1 sauce. The waitress informed us that they only had Worcestershire sauce. My potato was the size of a small child’s hand. I ate the potato and my salad, but brought my steak home in hopes that I could put it in my sous vide to make it tender so that I could eat it. I surely did not want to waste $28 on an inedible T-bone steak.Needless to say, we were both very disappointed in our meals once again. I know that I will never go back to this restaurant again. Our waitress Leah tried to remain upbeat despite all of the shortcomings with our food. As we were about to leave, we overheard the people in the booth beside us being told that they were out of something and that the truck would be in tomorrow. I think it’s totally unacceptable to be out of significant food items. How does a restaurant not have steak sauce? To be given a check for $70 for 2 meals that were subpar at best is totally unacceptable and will never happen there again.

The salas bar vegetables were frozen and the lettuce was brown. It was nothing appetizing at all. For $6 per person I expected better. The food from the menu was alright. The service was mediocre at best, especially with only about 12 people in the restaurant it definitely could have been better. Off my list to go back.

It was busy for Sunday lunch, but so worth it! I had the Hickory Bourbon salmon and my dad got the salad bar. Everything was delicious! Bryan was our waiter and he did a very great job making sure we had everything we needed.
