I have ordered on the Chipotle app, pickup from this location, two seperate times.. Both times I’ve ordered extra fajita veggies, and both times they put NO veggies in the bowl. I wouldn’t be that annoyed if this wasn’t the second time.. definitely won’t be giving them a third shot. I’m pretty sure they didn’t include the medium green salsa I selected either as the bowl was dry.. Disappointing when you spend $30 dollars for two people and the bowl sucks.

If I could give one star I could. First of all, I love chipotle and this has to be one of its worse locations. They are late to open the doors, first of all. Open time is 10:45am and yet all the workers are hanging out eating staring at you through the locked doors till they decide to open. Second of all, the portion sizes are insane. The guy that’s serving literally will give you 4 pieces of steak and if you say add more it’s double of course. The chicken is shredded for some odd reason, and the sour cream is watery. I’m so upset my meal does not taste like it should. I am definitely NEVER coming back to this location. On top of that, I redeemed my free entree points and the cashier was extremely rude. Pls avoid this location and take the extra drive for better food quality and customer service! & Chipotle, pls do better!

Not only have I consistently been given the smallest portions imaginable, but during this most recent visit I also received the greasiest chips I’ve ever seen. The bag literally left a grease spot on my lap and the chips were thin and tasted terribly. I will not be returning to this location.

We had to stay the night in Kansas City. My son had mentioned that he hadn’t had Chipotle for a long time as we passed it on the way there. I went to find dinner and there was one less than a mile away. He got a burrito and I got the bowl. Neither one of us could finish it all. They give generous portions for a good price. And it’s good too!

I am sure the weather has an impact on supplies/ingredients available and labor.
That being said, my order was inedible.
I ordered a salad, with chicken & guacamole. I got a bowl with pieces of salad mix, brown guacamole and a couple small bits of chicken. The bottom was full of water from the salad mix I am assuming.
I honestly was left with thinking I could at least eat a few chips, but they were browned beyond eating. I like the crispier chips so that was a bummer too.
Would prefer next time my order being turned away if what I ordered isn’t available. I know it doesn’t help business at the moment, but I work in the area and order lunch here often. After being out lunch that day and my $$$, I don’t know if I will order here again any time soon.

I’m definitely surprised see 1 stars on this Chipotle. I drive down to this one from Liberty to get our family’s burritos because the food is always right and my burritos are rolled well. It’s our opinion that this is the best ran chipotle in the metro.

This Chipotle location is OK. I do have to say that the employees who work there are good and they are friendly when you engage with them. I appreciate the work that they do and they engage very well. However the portion size although it looks full is not overflowing. When it came down to the portion sizes I had to ask them several times to put more in my bowl. It would have been advantageous for them to put more in my bowl and let me tell them if I want less or not. The last time I went here the bowl was OVERFLOWING with portions I had asked for.
This is also a small thing but it makes a big difference. This particular Chipotle did not place any napkins or cutlery into my bag. As I mentioned this may be a small thing, however the employees do not know where I am going to eat this. If I was to eat this I. My car on a lunch break I would not be able to because I would have had no way to eat this. It would also be somewhat of an inconvenience for me to return and ask for cutlery. This is the reason they received three stars for service and not five. Small things like this make a significant difference.
Overall, Chipotle as a franchise is still good. However as far as this location is concerned, I may give them another chance to see if they will improve,

I ordered 2 carne asada burritos drove home 5 mins and they were cold. I called the store several times no answer only an answering system. After contacting customer service, asking to have my food remade they gave me a coupon for buy one get one free. I will never go back to chipotle again.

So many issues at this store not even going to bother listing them. But I got the worst made burrito I have ever seen. All of the lettuce (skimpy half portion) was crammed at the end. The last of my burrito was pure lettuce. I wish my girlfriend didn’t want to eat here.
